With the engagement ring, Sophie was professional, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. She offered advise and helped me find a diamond. Her process for the design was fantastic and I ended up with a ring that both my partner and I are overjoyed with.

For the wedding bands, Reem helped us both. We were keen on traditional style bands but had no idea how complicated that process could have been. Reem was attentive, understanding and extremely professional.

We cannot recommend Daniel Christopher enough and will be the only place we look to buy jewellery.

Very late leaving this review as I proposed back in October, but my experience with DC was superb.

Hannah was so accommodating and the team behind the scenes made a lovely ring that my fiancee absolutely loves. Couldn't recommend them more.

I had no idea how the process worked but also had quite a strict vision for what I wanted to get made for my partner and Hannah was very patient with me each time I turned up asking to see one more emerald!

Really surprised by this experience. I had shopped around previously and to be honest I was uncertain on how good this jeweller would be as the shop set up makes it feel less intimate as other places. However, as soon as we had our appointment with Hannah this definitely changed our mind. Pretty much anything can be designed, prices are great value and staff are absolutely lovely and couldn't be happier with the final result. Really good quality product - Special thanks to Hannah who we highly recommend as a consultant.

I was recently gifted my mums old full-set baguette eternity band which needed to be resized. DCJ was the best experience we had at any of the 3 jewellers we took my ring to get advice on. Sophie worked with me to find an innovative solution and meant we could maintain as much of the sentimental value of the ring as possible (I.e. same metal, same look and feel). The ring looks fabulous and now fits perfectly.

A wonderful experience, an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I brought in two family engagement rings to be repurposed. I knew what type of ring I didn't want, neither an engagement nor an eternity ring, but no idea what type of ring I did want. Evie was extremely patient guiding me through the process, asking questions, making suggestions and providing excellent advice. The result is a stunningly beautiful, unusual and striking signet ring. I first worked with this jewellers when designing and crafting my fiancée's engagement ring, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The whole process felt personal, thoughtful, and incredibly well supported.

A special thank you must go to Hannah, whose service was outstanding throughout. She struck the perfect balance between offering helpful guidance and giving me the space to make my own decisions. I had a slightly bespoke idea for the engagement ring, including diamonds which weren't initially available through the standard options on the website, and Hannah was incredibly accommodating in helping bring that vision to life. The end result was exactly what I had imagined - a sparkling magnificent ring that my fiancée absolutely loves.

More recently, we returned to have our wedding bands made. Hannah once again made the process really enjoyable. She encouraged me to try a rose gold band - not something I'd ever considered and initially didn't think I'd be open to. In the end, it completely changed my perspective. I went from someone who didn't think they'd want to wear a wedding band to someone who is genuinely looking forward to wearing it every day.

I recently worked with Daniel and the team to remodel my engagement ring, replacing a pear-shaped cluster with a single GIA-certified pear diamond while retaining the original halo and pavé setting.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional. As I live in Northern Ireland, the entire process was handled remotely, which initially felt daunting — but communication was clear, honest and professional throughout.

Daniel took the time to explain the options available, including the structural considerations of adapting the existing halo. When a minor width issue became apparent once the cluster was removed, they paused work and discussed the best solution with me before proceeding. I really appreciated that transparency.

The workmanship is outstanding. The adapted halo looks completely intentional, the new diamond sits beautifully, and the finished ring exceeds my expectations. I also received a formal insurance valuation, which gave me further reassurance of the quality of the work and stone supplied.

I felt listened to, never pressured, and always well advised. I would not hesitate to recommend them for bespoke remodelling or diamond sourcing.
