Literately the worst accounting firm I have ever used the charged me £5K for running payroll and, still left my account with taxes unpaid, they hound you for the money without explaining to you what that are doing. They will never tell you if it is something you can do yourself, they will rather charge you. I am so happy to have moved to another accountant.
