DENTAKAY DENTAL CLINIC Reviews 

This is an honest review of DENTAKAY in Antalya. I had the top 12 teeth replaced with a one piece ( two implants also) . It was carried out over two visits.
When planning the second trip I enquired about my Thai fiancé’s top teeth also to be done .
As a major warning…!
The prices they give you even on written quotes will never be honoured. Even after detailed photos being sent. !! It’s always inflated ( due to sorry we’ve now seen other things we didn’t consider)( same with my quotation) .
Their interpreters ( Middle Eastern or African) are not pleasant behind the smiles MONEY seems priority.!
As my fiancée doesn’t like flying alone I travelled to Thailand to accompany her and bring her with me for my next appointment whilst also having hers done at the same time.
££ Hotel inflated, costs inflated ££
When we both completed they pressure you to sign REVIEWS (normally whilst still in pain) requesting 5* s.
Long story short mine are retaining food at the rear. Hers have cracked at the top ( not biting related)
We attended 6 dentists in Thailand who all bar one wouldn’t touch them but all told us the wall of the teeth at the top was machined (cad, cam) far too thin. All said it’s been made incorrectly and It’s not possible to repair. One Germany practice gave us a price to remove all and do as they should be and not a one piece but individually.
Their quotation £2700.
Whilst DENTAKAY have offered to repair my fiancées for free.
The will not offer any refund or even accommodation/ flight assistance
And to pay this for me to fly to Thailand both go to turkey PAY FOR HOTELS return with her to Thailand and then me to return back to the uk …,. Is around
£4,000
ALL FOR A MANUFACTURING FAULT .. which is NON of our doing !!
So it turns out after speaking to MANY dental professionals in Thailand this was not the “dream of new teeth , we both imagined “
My opinion is to AVOID “ Turkey teeth as their called” and pay a bit extra elsewhere and have individual or at least pairs fitted .

The service I received from Dentakay in Istanbul was great. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very helpful and professional. I didn’t have to wait long when I went there, and one of the associates was always available to guide me and help me get the services I needed.

The only thing I didn’t really like was that the staff members changed from day to day. I would have preferred having the same staff members throughout my treatment because it would have made communication and the overall experience more consistent.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received in Istanbul and would like to thank the Dentakay team for their support and care.

My experience with Dentakay Dental Clinic in Istanbul was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. If you are considering them for dental work, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

The logistical failures were constant. I experienced multiple cancellations on the day of my scheduled appointments, which caused significant disruption. To make matters worse, they moved my appointments to different locations without notifying me. This was particularly frustrating because I had specifically booked hotels and transfers near the initial Nish clinic location, and they provided no explanation for these changes.

When I arrived at the Nish clinic for my check-up, I was told it had been moved to the following day—again, without any prior notification. I showed the staff, Yazan and Kermin, the messages I had received, and they were the only positive aspect of this experience. They were helpful, admitted that I had been treated unfairly, and genuinely wanted to rectify the situation.

The situation deteriorated further when I spoke to a representative from the planning department. Her behavior was unprofessional and aggressive; she even told me that I "needed to go to anger management" when I attempted to explain the issue. She deflected all responsibility and blamed me for the errors, which was shocking given that the planning department was clearly at fault. Every other employee I spoke to at Dentakay acknowledged that the planning department is the clinic's "weakest link" and is notorious for making daily mistakes.

It is baffling that a simple check-up could cause such a massive ordeal; you would think I was asking for something impossible. Given the lack of coordination and the hostile customer service, I would not trust them with a procedure as significant as getting crowns. Please do not waste your time or money with Dentakay; you are bound to be let down at the last minute.

I’m happy with the work done so far this is my first visit to dentakay dental clinic? I’m due to come back in November to finish treatment very professional,hotel is lovely. Transportation between hotel and Dentist is fantastic.would be definitely recommending to family and friends.

I knew what the reply would be before you actually replied as all replies from aftercare are just generic and actually evade answering queries and question every time. Firstly you have been no help at all but I expected that, you have not provided me with the rest of my medical scans, which under Turkish law require patient information to be embedded on them, even copies, you have failed to produce the signed document where it sates that I was informed and agreed to a dental bridge and not individual crowns and still have not provided me with the medical teams names who apparently discussed this with me. I truly regret using Dentakay it has been a nightmare. I should have walked away especially when that horrible man, Harole Audran became angry, intimidating and agressive because I wouldnt agree to pay an extra 4,000 euro and this is a regret I have to live with for the rest of my life. Once the payment went through everything changed, I felt rushed in and out of treatments, staff constantly standing over me to sign forms immediately and not given time to talk and discuss things as promised by Dentakay. I felt this was intentional and done purposely all because of money! Obviously its related to commision I understand that now, just pure greed. I signed most of my consent forms under duress from the situation which arose from my interaction with Harole Audran and I was literally afraid whilst attending appointments, I actually told the lady dentist who carried out my root canals this. I would rather die than ever attend a Dentakay clinic ever again as I would be too afraid of underhanded tatics and would not believe or trust anything Dentakay say. Dentakay have made a mess of my teeth and I dont know what I am going to do. I am lodging a complaint against Dentakay with the Turkish Ministry of Health and I will be requesting a reverse payment back to my card with my bank to pay for new scans and the corrective work my teeth now need because of Dentakay. I will have no more furthere dealings with after care as I now realise the Warranty people receive after treatment isnt worth the cheap piece of paper its written on! I will be completing my Trust Pilot Review in the next day or two and everything from start to finish, including all messages from after care will be uploaded with my review including this correspondence. Lastly, I would just like to say I find it very Hypocritical that Gulay and Onar Akay are giving seminars around the world based on Dentakay as their business model! I will also be emailing them both to voice my experience at their business. I will have no further contact with Dentakay and wish in the future I can eventually forget what I feel was a horrible experience and one of the biggest regrets of my life!

Had my 1st treatment(implants) oct 2025. spoke to Tony through the whole process. told him i would feel comfortable if was in confact with him whilst 2nd part of treatment was being carried out. he agreed. have left numerous messages on diff whatsapp numbers. emailed him. no reply. lime being ghosted. iv booked my flight and hotel and still not heard from Dentakay. this had made me very scared as no one has confacted me about the 2nd part of the treatment. had to call the london office in order to speak to someone. they read the messages on whatsapp but ignore you. very bad after care service

My experience with Dentakey was good from start to finish I’m very happy how it turned out and would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a professional clinic.

I had a great experience with Dentakay. The whole package from pre visit, through easy transportation included, hotel included, with breakfast and dinner, the expertise of work carried out, the hours these people work with a smile, the full description of the work needed, the aftercare information, it all makes the whole experience easier. I now have teeth I can feel good about. I would recommend these guys to everyone. I hope I don't need to use them again but if my teeth needed work I would first consider Dentakay.

I have just finished my treatment and I have got to say the results are amazing, the whole process was professional friendly and everything was explained before hand. This place really does changes lives can’t fault any of the staff at all.
If I was going to be petty and give some negative feedback I would say I was disappointed I didn’t receive a aftercare pack like I know some of the other dental clinics give , I was expecting toothpaste toothbrush and some goodies after spending a lot of money but apart that everthing else was great 👍🏼 would definitely recommend highly

Been messaging them every day for 6 months and still nothing has been sorted, there is no customer care the just ignore you all theu want is more money for problems they have caused these are amateurs at dentistry don't be fooled by there fake reviews, I have every single bit of proof what they are like message me on Facebook and il show you how bad they are

Really good treatment with excellent dentists. Comfortable clinic and overall a really good experience. Highly recommendable and I am looking forward to my 2nd visit later in the year.

I am happy with the work done so far on my teeth. I am in the process of my gums healing now until my next visit in November.

I arranged my treatment with Dentakay from abroad after sending all my X-rays and photographs for a remote medical assessment. A complete treatment plan was agreed upon, which included extractions, sinus lift, and implant replacements, and I paid an initial deposit of €780.

However, once I arrived at the clinic in Istanbul after traveling, they refused to carry out the agreed procedure, claiming the case was suddenly too complex—something they should have identified during the initial evaluation.

I was left without any dental treatment, the clinic refused to refund my €780 deposit, and I lost all the money spent on flights and hotel accommodations. They failed to honor the initial assessment and left an international patient stranded without care or financial resolution. Be extremely cautious before making payments or traveling here.

The quotation and all the procederes that were going to be done , were authorized by one of the owner of the clinic Dr Gülay Akay… this situation was complete understandable and non professional , they acted as a unprofessional with no profesional ethic.
