My overall experience with Dentakay was positive, and I am grateful for the professionalism and kindness of the doctors, nurses, and most members of the staff. The quality of the dental treatment itself met my expectations, and I appreciate that the surgical team listened to my concerns and adapted my treatment plan to my individual needs. This gave me confidence that I was in good hands.I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Turhan Biç, Dr. Elif Melike, and Dr. Muhammet Ali for their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding care throughout my treatment.
However, I would like to mention two important issues that significantly affected my overall experience.
The first was the communication regarding IV sedation. From the beginning of our correspondence, I repeatedly explained that the main reason I travelled to Istanbul was because I needed treatment under IV sedation. Unfortunately, after arriving at the first clinic, completing examinations and receiving a treatment plan, I was informed that IV sedation was not available there and that I had to be transferred to another clinic across the city. This resulted in unnecessary transportation, repeated examinations, additional stress, and a change of hotel. As someone with severe dental anxiety, this was emotionally very difficult. I believe this situation could have been avoided with better internal communication before my arrival.
The second issue was the airport transfer on the day of our departure. We followed the instructions exactly and were waiting outside the hotel before the requested time. Unfortunately, the transfer arrived approximately 30 minutes late. As a result, we missed our flight and had to purchase new tickets costing €771. I was disappointed that no responsibility was accepted for this situation and no compensation was offered. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but I believe international patients rely on the transportation arranged by the clinic and should not bear the full consequences when such delays occur.
Apart from these two issues, I was impressed by the professionalism of the medical team. I would especially like to thank the surgeons, anesthesiologist, and everyone involved in my treatment. They treated me with respect, patience, and empathy, which was extremely important because of my lifelong dental phobia.
I hope my comments will be taken as constructive feedback. I truly believe Dentakay is an excellent clinic with highly skilled professionals, and by improving communication between departments and the organization of airport transfers, the experience for future international patients could become even better.

Correct and honest Dentakay company
I rarely leave negative reviews if I can leave negative 5 stars I most definitely would, but after everything I have experienced with Dentakay, I feel obligated to share my story so others can make an informed decision.
I chose Dentakay because of their reputation and the confidence they gave me during the consultation process. I paid the full amount quoted by Dentakay, believing they would oversee my treatment and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.
I was sent to their partner clinic in Tijuana, where my dental treatment became an ongoing nightmare. My full-mouth restoration has had to be redone multiple times in less than a year due to significant problems with the work. Some crowns were poorly fitted, leaving gaps where food constantly becomes trapped. Others were flattened during adjustments, making it difficult to chew properly and leaving my bite feeling unnatural. I have also experienced ongoing pain and discomfort throughout this process. Still to this very moment my mouth is in pain with poor crowns gaps they are not seated correctly in pain. With no contact or not a care in the world.
Each time I returned, I was assured the issues would be corrected. Instead, I found myself making repeated trips, taking time away from work and family, paying for additional travel expenses, and enduring more procedures without achieving a satisfactory result.
What has been even more disappointing is the lack of accountability and communication. I repeatedly requested a signed, written agreement outlining the proposed resolution and warranty terms, yet weeks passed without receiving the documentation I was promised. I spent countless hours following up with both Dentakay and the treating clinic, often receiving conflicting information about who was responsible.
At one point, Dentakay informed me that the treating clinic was responsible for my warranty, while the clinic continued communicating through Dentakay. As a patient, I should never have been caught in the middle of what appeared to be a dispute between business partners. I paid Dentakay’s contract in full cash , and I expected Dentakay to manage my case from beginning to end.
After everything I have endured, I have lost confidence in returning for yet another attempt to correct the same issues. No patient should have to undergo the same extensive dental work four times while continuing to experience pain, uncertainty, and inconvenience.
I recognize that complications can happen with any medical or dental procedure. What separates a reputable company from the rest is how they respond when problems occur. In my experience, the delays, poor communication, repeated treatment failures, and lack of clear accountability have been far more frustrating than the original dental issues themselves. On top of everything they denied any refund and told me to seek legal action. So I will do everything I can to make sure this case doesn’t get swept under the rug.
If you are considering treatment through Dentakay, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about who will actually perform your treatment, who is legally responsible for your warranty, and what happens if the work needs to be redone multiple times. Get every promise in writing before proceeding. Do not go don’t listen to anyone’s lies and fake statements they tell you. Don’t listen to anyone’s lies of their fake bs promises. They are all fraud and do not care about your mouth pain treatment nothing. All they want is the money. Once they are payed and you reach out with any problems they ghost you and do not reply. Save the time stress and most importantly the nightmare you will have with them.
I sincerely hope no other patient has to experience what I have gone through. There has been multiple cases with similar issues and they are all a nightmare. There are videos on social platforms about some and I personally will make mine. I have documentations of everything that has happened in every message sent back-and-forth from treating clinic and Dentakay.
Also I know they are trying to go in partnership with another clinic in Mexico so beware of that also it’s no good. Choose your dental clinic wisely and don’t make the mistake me and other people have…

My experience with Dentakay was absolutely fantastic from getting picked up at the airport and the staff were absolutely brilliant and so re assuring. I want to give a very special mention to peter who is the guy who convinced me to come over and have my treatment and honestly without his help and guidance I would not have followed through it on my own, he stayed in contact with me every single day since I said I was going to go and he’s stayed in contact with me ever since, so I want to thank him so much for everything he’s done and being so advisable for anything I’m not sure off he’s there to answer any questions I’ve had or still have so thank you so much Peter and thank you Dentakay it’s been a fantastic experience and I’ll see yous in a few more months to finish my final treatment

I travelled from dublin to Istanbul I had two visits to dentakay I couldn't recommend them enough from the minute u land in Istanbul to the trip home my experience was unbelievable I got all on 6 with a bone graft and a new life for getting my inpants to my final fit they couldn't of done more the staff and the doctors were unbelievable so professional and more less no pain a bit uncomfortable for a day after the inpants and the same on the fittings but it's to be expected the painkillers were brilliant no pain in hours just swelling but again it's to be expected the price was brilliant compared to Ireland and the professionalism secend to none thanks so much dentakay dental in Istanbul u changed my life my confidence and my smile 😃 forever I recommend if u need dental work go to Istanbul dentakay thanks again 💙 I'll see use soon with my girlfriend

I travelled from uk 3 years ago and recieved extensive treatment, the finnished work was excellent, my teeth looked amazing and the staff on this visit were above and beyond what I expected. After 2 years I experienced a 3 bridge implant tooth come off, I have had it glued back on 3 times now at the 3 year mark. I had 2 cracked teeth so went back to the sisi clinic in January 2026 to hopefully have them replaced. They were just ground down each side of the cracks, something my dentist could of done and saved me 1 week and £2000 total cost with hotel travel and loss of earnings. I had a 4 and an 8 hr wait in the clinic for this. Now I have a 3 bride tooth and cap come off, fortunately my dentist reglued this back on. He recomended I get the glued implant bridge changed to a screw fixing as 3 times or every six months this is obviously going to come away, this in my opinion is what dentakay should do for me, however when I ask the question if they can do it I repeatedly get the same answer that I have to go to the clinic for them to assess it and will not give me an answer if it can be screw fixed. After my last visit I feel that the same journey and costs will be to high of a risk for them to just advise me to glue it on, I can not take this risk and now I am left with just 2 implants to contend with. I just keep asking the same question, can and will you screw fix it, even if I have to pay the extra costs for it to be a permanent fix. So what seemed to be an excellent job at the start has now left me feeling worried that this is going to be a life long problem of returning on a regular basis. they seem to think that returning is as easy as jumping on a bus to your local dentist. This is exactly what dentakay believe you should do every six months. Totally not acceptable. A 10 year guarantee is fine but if I am to travel every six months for unsatisfactory rework the costs can soon outway the savings at the start and a huge amount of disruption to your life.
Contacted dentakay few weeks back. All was going well, I explained to “Hassan” I was going on a family holiday and would proceed with treatment after my holiday, this was discussed a few times about me going on holiday and sure enough I’m on holiday with my family and hassan keeps ringing my phone and messaging me on WhatsApp! As far as I’m concerned that’s aggressive sales and harrasment, zero respect! Red flag seems more like tourist dentistry get them in quick harrasment take there money! I will not be going forward with the agreed 6 thousand euro priced treatment given to me!! When someone says they are on holidays with there family generally a proffesional in any field would know to not be harassing the person. Clearly not with dentakay and it cannot be denied Iv the call log and messages here!!
