Amazing company, had the best treatment and so happy with the result

I travelled from dublin to Istanbul I had two visits to dentakay I couldn't recommend them enough from the minute u land in Istanbul to the trip home my experience was unbelievable I got all on 6 with a bone graft and a new life for getting my inpants to my final fit they couldn't of done more the staff and the doctors were unbelievable so professional and more less no pain a bit uncomfortable for a day after the inpants and the same on the fittings but it's to be expected the painkillers were brilliant no pain in hours just swelling but again it's to be expected the price was brilliant compared to Ireland and the professionalism secend to none thanks so much dentakay dental in Istanbul u changed my life my confidence and my smile 😃 forever I recommend if u need dental work go to Istanbul dentakay thanks again 💙 I'll see use soon with my girlfriend

I travelled from uk 3 years ago and recieved extensive treatment, the finnished work was excellent, my teeth looked amazing and the staff on this visit were above and beyond what I expected. After 2 years I experienced a 3 bridge implant tooth come off, I have had it glued back on 3 times now at the 3 year mark. I had 2 cracked teeth so went back to the sisi clinic in January 2026 to hopefully have them replaced. They were just ground down each side of the cracks, something my dentist could of done and saved me 1 week and £2000 total cost with hotel travel and loss of earnings. I had a 4 and an 8 hr wait in the clinic for this. Now I have a 3 bride tooth and cap come off, fortunately my dentist reglued this back on. He recomended I get the glued implant bridge changed to a screw fixing as 3 times or every six months this is obviously going to come away, this in my opinion is what dentakay should do for me, however when I ask the question if they can do it I repeatedly get the same answer that I have to go to the clinic for them to assess it and will not give me an answer if it can be screw fixed. After my last visit I feel that the same journey and costs will be to high of a risk for them to just advise me to glue it on, I can not take this risk and now I am left with just 2 implants to contend with. I just keep asking the same question, can and will you screw fix it, even if I have to pay the extra costs for it to be a permanent fix. So what seemed to be an excellent job at the start has now left me feeling worried that this is going to be a life long problem of returning on a regular basis. they seem to think that returning is as easy as jumping on a bus to your local dentist. This is exactly what dentakay believe you should do every six months. Totally not acceptable. A 10 year guarantee is fine but if I am to travel every six months for unsatisfactory rework the costs can soon outway the savings at the start and a huge amount of disruption to your life.

Contacted dentakay few weeks back. All was going well, I explained to “Hassan” I was going on a family holiday and would proceed with treatment after my holiday, this was discussed a few times about me going on holiday and sure enough I’m on holiday with my family and hassan keeps ringing my phone and messaging me on WhatsApp! As far as I’m concerned that’s aggressive sales and harrasment, zero respect! Red flag seems more like tourist dentistry get them in quick harrasment take there money! I will not be going forward with the agreed 6 thousand euro priced treatment given to me!! When someone says they are on holidays with there family generally a proffesional in any field would know to not be harassing the person. Clearly not with dentakay and it cannot be denied Iv the call log and messages here!!

Do not go to this place they only want your money I had work done here they give me the wrong colour they this was 6 mouths ago they have ignored me ever since I have already done a review on here they reply saying get in contact with us to make it look good on here I have then got in contact with them multiple times and they have just ignored me terrible place terrible customer service do not recommend at all

Good experience. It was very well organised and very efficient. The clinic was very clean and modern and the staff were great.
The dentists did a good jpb of explaining all the processes.
I healed well after the new crowns and am just waiting to arrange my trip back for my implants

Do not get teeth done at Dentakay I have had nothing but problems with crowns not fitted properly and keep coming loose. They will do every thing to say it’s not their fault.

They give you warranty but just costs you constantly going over to get there terrible crowns re-cemented every few months.

There reply to my crown coming loose for the 4th time they said post us the crowns back and we will refund you the money. They do not care.

I have travelled back 3 times for them to try correct the problem and same thing happens they clearly can’t do there job properly.

Try contact them once you leave they do not care about any patients all they want is your money.

Been 3 times in one year for crowns coming loose.

So basically once they get that chance to ruin your teeth and file your teeth down they don’t care as they just tell you to keep going back

Expert doctors and attention to all the things that make the treatment as secure and comfortable as possible. So far I am very happy with the experience I have had. However, I do think clients should be made aware that the price initially quoted is an estimate only.

Professional services in Dentakay.

Great experience in dealing with Dentakay. All process went smoothly front start of the consultation to the finish . Really happy with results, i didn't use their accommodation however their pick and drop service was absolutely spot on, friendly team of drivers and clinic staff. I would highly recommend Dentakay to anyone looking to get their teeth treatment done.

Excellent value for money. What I did not like is requirements to make photo and I think one X ray scan for me was extra, no need. Also though I appreciate free transfer within 30 km from the office, it would be nice to have option to pay for extra distance, as for me trip to clinic from Chamyuva to Antalya took almost 2 hours.

I researched many companies before deciding on Dentakay for my treatment.
Despite having a dental plan drawn up in England and Dentakay pricing off that upon initial examination it turned out my plan was unsuitable and i was advised to have full extraction and All On 6 implants which did cost considerably more than I was expecting.
However they did their best to accommodate my budget and I decided to go ahead.
Please be under no illusion.
This is a major undertaking and should be thought about carefully.
I had 3 wisdom teeth removed and 17 other extractions.
I then had 6 implants placed in each Jaw.
This was on the first day.
Whilst there was little pain it was messy and there was bruising and swelling.
Be prepared for this.
They then fit you with 1 day teeth, do a CAD scan and send you on your way until the final day when you have your 3 month temporary teeth fitted.
You have to return and this visit is paid for separately upon you do.
The staff are friendly, the equipment is modern and everywhere is spotlessly clean.
I am happy with my result so far.
I went for a natural colour as I do not want Turkey Teeth but when I choose my new ones in 3 months I will go a little whiter.
Accommodation was lovely, all inclusive but i ate and drank very little for obvious reasons.
Appointments, you are usually kept waiting beyond your time, but it is a comfortable space with drinks provided.
Transport was good, nice friendly drivers but again you can be kept waiting for your return after your appointments
I have been as honest as I can with my review.
Would I recommend Dentakay? Definitely.
Do they have room for improvement in some areas? Yes
Would I go through it again knowing what I know now? Yes
