Waited days for an appointment only to speak to a doctor who didn't know the answers to questions like, How much will that script cost me.
The doctors prescription was quick and easy, but I was changing companies because I was looking for a cheaper supply due to loosing my job only to be prescribed a product that was more then twice what I was previously paying.
I was forced to try and explain my situation over a chat messenger constantly repeating myself only to be told I would need another consultation because of there mistake. First available was well over a week later. I was told they cant do anything .after 1.5 hours ended the chat and started a new one with another person. Same excuses and lies, the new person stated that he could offer me slightly cheaper prescription, which was still way more then my previous supplier. so requested a discharge letter. What a waste of my time for a price gauging company

Repeated prescription problems and poor communication

My experience with Dispensed has been extremely disappointing.

After my initial consultation, I understood that my prescription had been issued. Around seven days later, there was still no progress. Customer service told me to email, I emailed them and then they stop replying. After another call, I was told the prescription had not arrived and needed to be rewritten, but the doctor was unavailable.

The prescribed product then went out of stock, requiring another consultation. The doctor joined approximately ten minutes late for a fifteen-minute appointment, and I found her manner rude and dismissive.

The prescription again failed to arrive as expected. A customer service representative promised a callback that never happened. When we spoke again, the missed callback was not acknowledged, she had a rude tone as well.

At the time of writing, the issue remains unresolved. I have repeatedly had to chase updates about prescribed treatment, with little confidence that anyone is taking responsibility. I expected reliable prescription handling, clear communication and respectful care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Easy to communicate great customer service

Always fantastic service from the staff at Dispensed, they are understanding, empathetic, and truly are there to help you get the best out of your treatment plan, I looked at other companies in the years I've been with them, but despite that there may be cheaper alternatives with other companies, I doubt I'd receive the same fantastic service and all my phone appointments etc are built into my subscription cost, just a great company with great people, I highly rate them.

Rapport building by the doctor was great, put me at ease right from the start. Assessment was smooth, and explained all the options and what he was prescribing clearly.

Easy to book, only four stars because appointments can start later than expected. This is completely understandable given how medical staff are currently overworked, but I'm grateful for the experience nonetheless.
