Fabulous experience. Despite being a content newbie, the team were brilliant at putting us all at ease and getting footage that we could not have dreamed of before we found the team at Dream Fctory

Was in for a somewhat last minute content shoot - the team was superb and accommodating given it was our first time doing this. We were clueless about the whole process but came out with some incredible work we're already using to drive new customers.

Great experience, great team. Prices have increased, but this was explained well:

The output they've created for me is better than any other content house I've worked with in the past.

We have tried no less than 4 agencies in London, and not one of them has delivered at the level Dream Factory have. What a great team who really cares about the end result. They have also supported us in the past when we needed a venue for our annual Summit, provided great photography and high level of care.

We worked with Dream Factory between 2023 and 2024. They really went over and above with understanding our company profile and industry and pointing out the best approach to handle our brand content.

Honestly the best experience we have had and the best value for money compared to other studios out there.

Loved the personal feel of Dream Factory. I was put in touch with Graham through a friend and managed to get a personalised solution for me. Loved it and I’m so glad I’ve a membership. The team is really supportive and delivered the perfect execution in a timely manner.

First of all, this company has some great photographers. Are they worth £200p-300 an hour as their new pricing, probably not. However unfortunately its a 1-star as their admin team decided to discard 60 hours of our editing bundle that we paid upfront for which was not clear in their T&Cs. And they take quite an agressive stance, not customer centric what so ever.
Furthermore this company went bankrupt and sold off the assets to the founder, so who knows which company you actually have a contract with.

You just left such a bad taste for all of this after actually being quite hapopy for most of the year. You could have taken a much different approach than this.

I did poin t out you increased your yearly price by 300-500% from previous year, and yeah that still stands.

Rip off, took 12 months month from a small start up promised the earth and actually did not deliver a single piece of work.

Scammed multiple freelance employees to work for free for many months, then sold the company back to them self’s under a new LTD company to file for administration and clear them self’s of any debts owed.

Still waiting on multiple unpaid invoices from work I did at their studio 6 months ago. I worked for them for about 5 months at the studio as an assistant. It’s a shame because the team are great and work so hard. They have had little communication with their freelancers about payment. Would not recommend freelancing for them as you will have to chase them forever!

I’ve been waiting over 5 months for Dream Factory to pay my invoice, and despite repeated follow-ups, they’ve done nothing but promise it’ll be paid “soon.” I was a loyal and consistent member of the team for a few months and it’s beyond frustrating. I also know I’m not the only one in this situation. I wouldn’t recommend working with them unless you’re okay with chasing your money for months on end and get vague responses.

Freelancing is hard and we need to get paid 🤷

This doesn’t reflect on the rest of the team I’ve worked with at dream factory, all of the team on the ground, especially the videographers are amazing to be around.

The Team at Dream Factory are nothing short of exceptional. Although they do this all day every day, every time we work with them, the team are as energised about our project as if it was their first and the products they were shooting were theirs. They have mastered the balance between professional and fun to a T. The work they produce whether it be film or photo is to the highest level, yet they make the process so much fun that you actually feel that you know what you're doing even when you have no experience and it's your first shoot ever. The team at Dream Factory that we have had the pleasure of working with including Jess, Pieter, Alex, Benny, Lissy and Nhan has made this experience fun, not fearful and have made us feel as much of the team as they are. I would recommend these guys highly whether you're starting out or a seasoned professional as their level of work is so high, you're going to leave smiling every time. Dreamworks better watch out, Dream Factory is coming for you.

After working with several agencies across London I can't stress how much Dream Factory alleviates stress for founders. No more extortionate fees or hidden costs and a great team to make sure the content is the best it possibly can be.

Unlimited content is a game-changer.

Here's an idea. Give founders access to all they can eat high-end quality production studios at minimal yearly cost and not only that, support them with an excellent community focused team that just want to see you grown and succeed. Absolute no brainer. Well done DF team.
