I'm not sure if the e-careers video content made that much difference to me passing the exam because I learn well from written materials, but may be useful for more visual learners, although it was not the most engaging set of training videos I've ever watched. The couple of practice exams were useful to give me confidence to go ahead and book the exam, however. The process of registering for and booking the exam wasn't well explained up-front but e-careers support was able to clarify quickly and efficiently. E-careers don't offer any of the ITIL 4 specialist courses or, at least as yet, the Bridge to ITIL 5 course. Unless those are added to e-careers library soon and provide genuine extra value over and above the official AXELOS materials, I will [have to] go directly to PeopleCert for my next exams in the series.
