Friendly patient staff, we changed our minds and had designs changed on a few occasions over a 10-month period and the staff were happy to help.
Great customer service and advice.
We dealt with Karren on most of the planning, who was superb, however we crossed over with other members of the Easy Bathroom team, and all were equally willing to help us plan our bathroom. 
Would definitely recommend .
