Once I had a few options in mind she was very helpful with how to make it all work in my bathroom reno and went above and beyond to meet my need and explain every step of the way. She had to take a call to another customer and her telephone manner was outstanding. She is a friendly blend of knowledgeable and efficient. Quite an asset I would say.
