I first went into your lakeside branch twice over a period of around 2 years and on the first occasion was told I had no appointment so they could not help me, and the second time we visited we approached someone asking for help and eventually we sat down with a salesman, who was clearly not interested at all. He actually searched up wicks on the computer telling us they would be more suited to our needs.
We then went to Rayleigh as we was told there was more choice of bathroom shops on that retail park and unknowingly went into your branch where we was lucky to seek advice from your salesman Phil who to be honest could not do enough to help us even though we had no appointment, from then on we can not fault our experience. I would recommend easy bathrooms to anyone but definitely not your lakeside branch.
