Oscar and Dips were extremely helpful and courteous. I visited the showroom at Staples Corner to check if a particular bath was sold there, but didn't expect to have ordered this and pretty much everything else I needed on the day and during the days following. I could sense as soon as I walked in that there was going to be no hard selling, which I find really off putting, just a very welcoming, helpful, and enjoyable experience.
