I just wanted to give a special mention to Brandon, who has been absolutely brilliant throughout my bathroom purchase.

I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted at the start and I also had to change my appointments a few times because of work commitments. Brandon was always so understanding, flexible and accommodating, and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance.

What I really appreciated was the way he took the time to understand what I was looking for and talked me through the pros and cons of different options. He gave me the space to make my own decisions, but made sure I had all the information I needed to make those decisions confidently. I found that really reassuring and genuinely helpful.

He has a lovely way of dealing with people — he seems to know when to advise, when to listen and when to simply give you time. That, along with his patience and professionalism, really stood out to me.

Brandon is a real credit to Easy Bathrooms and a real asset to the branch. I’ve got another project coming up and I will definitely be using Easy Bathrooms again.
