Simple good service great product range.
Your staff in the showrooms are well trained. In particular Trudi in your Weybridge store is a gem.
The installation service is also well communicated and so far (before installation starts) everything has been good.
The only negatuve is that your parent company Cubico's product names vary from your customer sales brochure. This is very annoying as customer's have to check all priduct reference numbers to identify if they correspond with the product names they actually agreed to order in store.
