Excellent service from start to finish – Easy Bathrooms Derby

We recently purchased our new bathroom from Easy Bathrooms on Ascot Drive, Derby, and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience.

The showroom is excellent, with a great range of bathrooms and products on display, making it really easy to get a feel for how everything would look together. The whole purchasing process was straightforward and hassle-free, and the delivery was quick and well organised.

A special mention has to go to Keith, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. He was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. When we realised that a part hadn’t been ordered, Keith actually went out of his way to bring the missing part to our home himself. That level of customer service is very much appreciated and is something you don’t often come across these days.

Unfortunately, our vanity unit and mirror were damaged during delivery, but even this was dealt with exceptionally well. Arranging replacements was quick, easy and completely hassle-free, with no unnecessary back and forth.

Overall, we’ve been extremely impressed with Easy Bathrooms Derby. From the excellent showroom and easy purchasing process to the delivery and after-sales service, everything has been handled professionally and efficiently.
