The showroom staff in Shirley, Solihull provided an excellent customer service experience for us. Amaar took responsibility for all our bathroom planning from the start and helped us with design and choices. We were very grateful for his expertise in planning. Vijay was always available if Amaar was not in and we got to know the other members of staff during the project which went on a few months as we waited for our builders. It was really helpful to finalise the design and drawings and then drawdown items when we were ready.
