Quality products at a really competitive price. Really good range, and we have done three rooms with tiles from here and not a single one broken. Upstairs bathroom five years old and looks like new. Staff, especially Clinton, really helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

Product good but delivery awful, it cost me more in time taken off work waiting for goods that never arrived, than the goods themselves. 4 times they confirmed by email the day goods would arrive and 4 times no show, they did however turn up on an unscheduled day when no one was in to take delivery. I contacted delivery company myself and arranged the delivery and it was finally sorted.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable

My dealing with Easy Bathrooms was at their Leeds site. Iddy in sales was very helpful and this is no reflection on him, however, every other experience was not up to scratch!

I ordered a new en-suite bathroom and tiles and main house bathroom and tiles.

Deliver…… I spent over 30 minutes trying to work out what had been delivered and what was missing and the drivers had to wait while o went through this process! Over 15 items were missing.

The next day a huge shower screen sheet of glass arrived with one driver who I had to try and help. He cut his finger trying to get it in the house and bled all over the floor. I had to try and call on neighbours to help.

I then found out that the tiles I had ordered where 10 were missing had been discontinued and so I only had half the tiles which were clearly no good to me. I have now requested a refund and this isn’t straight forward either. This is easy bathrooms problem and not mine as the customer. Very disappointing.

Great company would recommend high quality goods

When ordering the products I needed, I was the only customer in the shop. I was not really given any input or help. I mentioned I didn’t want a freestanding sink but when choosing one they didn’t say that it actually was freestanding fortunately I had an excellent plumber. I am satisfied with my bathroom. My signt is not good and I was never asked what colour I already had in the room and what would go well?

Very helpful staff, helping us get everything we needed, accommodating our change of mind and actually showing us the product we wanted. The items we bought are good quality and look good. We had one slight misunderstanding with the order which was rectified quickly.

Quality product, sales team and speed of delivery fantastic.

The only problem was with the delivery.
The hight of how it was stacked made it impossible to get it into a house or garage, so we were left with a full bathroom pallet to unload.
We are both 71 and would have appreciated some assistance, or prior notice.

As a returning customer I was aware of the skill and Expertise that William would deliver. This time around was an even better experience, William was so helpful in matching up from previous orders his product knowledge and support was extremely professional even when I need to amend my order nothing was a problem all adjusted with no fuss. Im very grateful for all his support. Thanks You.

I couldn’t rate Easy Bathrooms high enough, from start to finish we had a 5 star service and the finished shower room is fantastic. We have had brilliant service from Easy Bathrooms in Brislington. The staff have all been so helpful and Morgan went the extra mile for us. Really great service. We haven't yet installed the products but the number options available and the catalogue made things much easier.

Went back in today to see what they could do for us
Max went through everything, helped were I was clueless, made suggestions and showed me the options
It took around an hour n a half
Then around an hour after I returned hope I received the pictures and full , itemised quotes

We have just had a new bathroom fitted in by Easy Bathrooms, and are so pleased with what they have done. Personally I would definitely recommend them for any other work we might have in the future. The staff at the Rotherham branch were Fantastic and I would like to thank Nicola and Abbey for their help throughout the process, also the Bathroom fitter that installed it all Tomas. What a Fantastic job he did all in all top marks all round
