The worst experience in my life! Cheating, not helpful,disgusting.

A warm welcome, doors held open. A listening ear and a lady whoe who knew the stock and took me immediately to exactly the mirror I wanted.

Excellent, helpful service

Young sales man called Tom in the Galashiels showroom was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the items l required, and kept informed when items arrived, easy bathrooms plus very quick turnaround on delivery items .

everyone were very friendly and helpful, even when things were wrong they helped as quickly as they could and sorted it out for us. Overall quality of bathroom items are really good. The only negative thing and we were disappointed that even though we had Easy bathrooms come and measure up for us, we had two full boxes of tiles left over and they wouldn’t even take one back, this was measured by them and that is a lot of tiles left over and as they measured it I think they should have at least taken one back

I used the Chichester branch and they were very helpful when I needed a further supply of tiles, twice! Understanding and organised. Great service.

Staff at easy bathrooms were very helpful and accommodating to my needs, they didn’t quibble with damage items, it will be my first choice for future work I carry out

Initially had a great experience but was let down by the reality. Ie, good at sales but not so good at the actual service. They have a poorly communicated overpriced delivery service, they over-ordered tiles, delivered an incorrect bath size and a rude response to my complaint, followed by an offer of a refund that I am yet to receive.

Easy bathrooms has a 'kerbside' delivery service that they claim they communicate clearly. They may well have communicated this clearly to other customers but they did not with me. Not at the time of my appointment, not at the point of sale and not even when I spoke to them about my delivery.

Delivery is £85 and the driver basically dumps the bathroom outside unless you give them 2 weeks notice and an extra £35 which gives delivery a total of £120. As a comparison I had a entire kitchen which cost more than double and delivery was £40 with two men bringing the entire kitchen including white goods inside.

Additionally they leave behind a large pallett that it is necessary to dispose of - I had to pay for this to be taken away as I don't have a car.

When I asked about this I was informed that I did know this was the service. I clarified that I didn't and was told I was wrong. I suggested they listen to their customer phone recordings. They suggested I was lying and for some reason despite their assertion I knew about the kerbside delivery I weirdly hadn't arranged someone to be able to carry inside a bathroom that has cost me £4K. Because that makes sense.

I am not gifted, informed or knowledgable about bathrooms and I was extremely clear and open that I was relying on their and my bathroom fitters expertise. I was advised by the fitter and passed on all the measurements to the consultant. I informed them he recommended a full size bath. I didn't receive a full size bath which has left a gap.

They also over ordered tiles and have a non-returnable policy for tiles (which are more than double the price of Topps Tiles for example).

I went with Easy Bathrooms due to the care and attention given by the consultants instore. I am very disappointed with the reality.

Excellant products bath toilet and sink units. Packaging needs improving as marks were found on the edge due to wooden crate rubbing it but came out. Taps etc very very expensive so went else where. overall delivery was was good and communication excellant

We had a really positive experience with Easy Bathrooms in Fareham. The team were friendly, helpful and very accommodating throughout the whole process. They took the time to help us with our order and made sure we had everything we needed, which made the whole experience much easier.

They were also very helpful when we needed to make a few returns, making the process straightforward and hassle-free. Our deliveries arrived on time and, importantly, everything arrived in perfect condition with no damage.

Overall, we were really impressed with the service and would definitely recommend Easy Bathrooms in Fareham. Thank you to the team for all your help!

Right product right price very helpful staff

We attended to new Branch in Lewisham SE12. What a lovely experience from start to finish. The showroom is well presented with so my lovely ideas of design. Something for everyone.
Brandon was so patient with us throughout our time deciding on the bathroom. All the staff were lovely too and so helpful. It was a joy to visit this store, they have so much knowledge and experience. Definitely recommend it if you are thinking of getting a new bathroom

A fantastic experience with Easy Bathrooms Stafford from start to finish!

Jacob was brilliant throughout and he took the time to understand exactly what we were after and created a high fidelity 3D model which really helped envisage how the finished product would look.
Delivery arrived bang on time and the two delivery gents dropped everything off inside my house. The bath panel arrived slightly damaged but one phone call to the branch and a replacement arrived 2 days later, no quibbles!

The quality of the fittings are great - the tiles, plumbing and furniture all feel solidly made and look great. Communication was top tier as well from everyone at Stafford, with a phone calls and emails to keep me updated throughout.

During the fitting, we ended up slightly short on tiles as I removed the soil stack (I didn't account for that in the design) but a quick phone call to Jacob and the additional tiles were delivered to me within two days which meant the job finished on time.

Many thanks to Jacob and the team at Stafford for their time and friendly advice. I couldn't be happier with my new bathroom. Highly recommended!

Order arrived damaged, needed corner bead to start job, we were on a tight schedule, next weeks delivery was not an option, luckily another branch had one, which I had to spend time to collect, damaged end beads had to be returned, still waiting for the refund. Staff were not very helpful.

Excellent service and aftersales. Very helpful, would use again.
