Really easy to do business with. Aimee in the Stratford store was so helpful through the design and installation. Work was completed to a really high standard- couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and the process.

Sadly I'm having a negative experience with Easy Bathrooms that has been ongoing for months and means we can't enjoy the bathroom we spent over £10,000 on.
I raised 3 issues with products under warranty with them back in June and they still haven't found an installer that can help us 3 months later.
I try to get updates or see if there's anything I can do to escalate the issues but I always get the same response saying there aren't any installers in our area that can help at the moment or I don't get a response at all.
One of the products, an electric toothbrush charger, has completely broken and I told them I was concerned as there's no physical button for me to turn it off when it was overheating and making a loud noise. Luckily it didn't cause any further issues but there's been no urgency from them to help with my concerns.
It's sad it's ended up like this as originally we really loved our new bathroom, it's something we'd saved up for for ages. The staff in store and our original installers were all lovely but now this issue has made us never want to recommend Easy Bathrooms.

The customer service team were amazing. It can often be difficult in today’s world to speak to someone directly however, it was easy with this company. The customer service advisor (Donna) could not have been more helpful and understanding and sorted out my issue with great efficiency. Very impressed!

The first problem was with the delivery on 31st July, the driver knocked a wall down & drove off without telling me. On that day Tony Bailey rang to say the installation was going to be a week late. Not what I wanted to hear.
The work began on 10th August, being told it would take 2 weeks. Sam was brilliant & very good at his job. Unfortunately he did not turn up on 2 Fridays.
Overall the installation took over 3 weeks.
The next problem is getting the old bathroom & rubbish removed by Hippo. One very nice man, Richard came on Monday 7th Sept but could not take it all because of the weight. I am still waiting for a phone call to say another van is coming to remove the rest. It is still on our driveway!
Tony Bailey said he would visit to make sure the job was going well, he never did. He rang to sell me a water pump, I bought the pump to work for the whole house but it only works in the bathroom.
I am very pleased with the finished result, the bathroom fittings, tiles etc are great. All installed to a high standard.
It’s a shame that a few problems spoiled my experience & i am still waiting for the removal of the old bathroom.

Okay I will be balanced, the showroom experience in Altrincham was good, polite and professional staff and good quality products. That’s where it ends, I had planned the bathroom fitters around the confirmed delivery date, the delivery didn’t arrive and I wasn’t even notified. Next delivery was 4 days later as it fell on a bank holiday. Had to put the bathroom fitters off, thankfully they didn’t charge me for loss of several days work which they had planned for. Then because of the delay certain parts were then out of stock, thankfully the Altrincham store saved the day by driving in their own cars to get the out of stock items. The main Delivery arrives without a list of items delivered, I go through each item and there are several parts missing. Made another call and eventually the missing items were shipped separately. Very stressful experience, the warehouse and logistics operation needs high improvements.

Went to look at bathrooms in Darlington after a few month a of looking and not being able to make a decision took a bit of a gamble and went for Zoltan polished even though the bathroom is smallish, Tom and Michelle went through things with me and about 3 weeks before install date I had made a decision absolutely love my new bathroom only used them to supply but Michelle in store advised to go for polished Zoltan as oppose to the Matt , the bathroom looks even bigger and would. I doubt use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone else looking ,

Hi this review is for Matthew at birstall who I dealt with my issue all he needed was photos for proof.when he looked at the photos he immediately ordered the part I needed without any hassle.He was very helpful.

Delivery is extremely expensive and to return items is difficult without paying the same fee again for 4 boxes 20 tiles is £85 and you can not get them from store

I paid around £6.00 for a tile sample which was completely plain I would have thought if there was a pattern or a marble line which this tile had it would have been helpful to me for the sample to include that part of the tile. Only thing this sample showed me was the thickness.

We purchased a shower approximately 4 years ago with a 10 year guarantee. The black paint has started coming off but they say that it is because it has been used in a damp atmosphere and they would expect the paint to come off with use. It is not a manufacturing fault, although it clearly is as the paint is not up to the job. Don't rely on their 10 year guarantee, it is not worth the paper it is written on. They have replied and said that the paint has come off due to general use!! What do they expect, for us not to use it? The paint is clearly not up to the job and is a manufacturing fault. What is very strange is that paint also came off the shower handle, and they replaced it. Seems like double standards.

We have recently had a complete refit of our bathroom carried out by St Helens Easy Bathrooms and we are absolutely delighted with the result. The staff at the showroom were so helpful. We had many ideas on what we wanted and they were able to make suggestions over and above what we thought possible. The fitters were very respectful of our home and completed a very professional job. We had a few queries during and after completion which the showroom staff were able to help us with. We were happy with the price, and we are now enjoying the benefits of a modern bathroom with what we consider to be many luxuries.

Easy Bathrooms delivery was excellent arrived on time all the items were well packed and good quality definitely recommend to friends and family
