Staff were knowledgeable and helpful…
Staff were knowledgeable and helpful with every aspect of our customer journey, big commendation to Jahrah and Saaabir for their commitment and attentiveness to our needs. They both are definitely assets to the business.
Delivery was concise as well with the inspection between driver and us checking all items for damage - which were none. all present and correct.
Every item was photographed for evidence and loaded onto the drivers tablet for upload to complete the delivery.

Shockingly poor customer support/ service
I bought a sink/ vanity and a whole bathroom suite that they recommended for my new ensuite based on the measurements. Delivery booked for 28th sept. They then asked if they could deliver earlier and i agreed knowing that we wouldn't fit the bathroom until mid/ late october
When the plumber came to fit the sink 32 days after the delivery , it was far too big. We also discovered the shower screen and door were missing from the delivery at this point We called easy bathrooms the same day to ask for a swap for something smaller
Essentially after a week of chasing they refused to take the sink/ vanity back in exchange for something smaller because we had split one side of the box to get the unit out and didnt have an update for us on the shower screen and door So essentially i am £900 worse off , a sink i cannot use and no shower door or screen at present !!
Have done 3 completely new bathrooms buying from here in the past 5 years and will NEVER give them another penny
Very disappointed. With the complete lack of customer service or consideration for my situation or previous customer loyalty.
Rated a 2 rather than 1 as the products we have bought over the years have been decent and lasted well but feel very badly treated over the last few weeks. And noone i have spoken to has ever said I am sorry

First day till the last nothing was too…
First day till the last nothing was too much trouble from all the staff very pleasant and honest helping us choose and giving guidance the delivery drivers were the same and the contact given to us to install Josh he was again very pleasant and fitted it brilliantly thank you to you all especially Abi who came out and designed our bathroom taking interest into what we would like to have and putting everything together would not hesistate to recommend Easy Bathrooms, the staff and installer a very happy customer

I visited the Easy Bathrooms showroom…
I visited the Easy Bathrooms showroom on Stafford Park.
I was seen by the fabulous Jo who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Although I haven't placed an order yet, I intend to very soon.
What I liked the most is that the consultation was relaxed, informative and I wasn't put under pressure to buy.
The showroom was quite expansive and I left with a much better idea of the direction I intended to take.

Excellent products. Shame you cant lump deliveries and avoid multiple shipping charges. Contacting was easy and help constructive. Had one issue with mismatched toilet cistern and pan this was know prior to the order but was not checked. It was resolved eventually

The contractor (Ziggy) was excellent
The contractor (Ziggy) was excellent, very helpful and tidy from start to finish. Couldn't fault him. Likewise the girls at head office, especially Alisha, who helped me recover over payment caused by the salesman at Warrington showroom who tried to substitute higher priced items without my knowledge. Apart from the salesman, everything else worked very well.

We ordered a skiddaw stone bath tub and…
We ordered a skiddaw stone bath tub and was promised the bath tub would be delivered in 3 working days. We needed this to happen as we were installing a new bathroom ensuite, and needed it to be on site to measure where the waste pipe needs to go! The bath tub never got delivered and caused a considerable delay to our project. In the end we received a refund. Other than that the customer service was pretty good at the Uckfield showroom.
