terrible company ordered bathroom…
terrible company ordered bathroom equipment and they took money and were very helpful splitting order to have waste pipes delivered first. that where it all went wrong. missed first delivery date with an excuse of not sure what went wrong missed next date with sorry delivered to wrong store. next one missed on oh sorry will deliver to home. then we will deliver with full order. took day of to accept order and got a call on morning of date sorry not happening be 5 more days.
explained to plumber and he said this is a common theme with them !! -----argh ----- do not use

Excellent service and project management
This was an ensuite and bathroom renovation project. We have used Easy Bathrooms twice before for a previous home, but this is the first time we had used their fitting service. The planning service at the Hull branch was thorough and we were presented with plans including a 3d rendering of our new ensuite and bathroom plus a comprehensive list of all the items necessary to achieve the renovation. The items were delivered a few days before work was scheduled to start. As the crew undertook the work, if they found any parts missing, damaged or incorrect, Easy Bathrooms replaced them immediately. Their fitting crew were excellent - worked fast and cleared up after themselves each evening - very respectful of our property and consulted with us whenever they had any queries about what we wanted. They finished the renovations which look superb, and the following day, a contractor arrived to remove the bags of waste. To be sure, they are expensive but we did get quotes from other contractors where, upon checking online, were found to be very poor in terms of quality of material and service delivery, so I'm happy we chose correctly. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The only thing we were disappointed…
The only thing we were disappointed with was the shower screen gave us the impression that three pieces were included. When in actual fact there were only two pieces. Included in the package. We had to then order an end panel. The staff were very helpful.

Warning curb side delivery only
Warning - curb-side delivery only for large heavy bathroom products.
Ordered a shower enclosure from the website, paid £85 for delivery which i feel is very expensive in comparison to other suppliers and found out when delivery was made today that this was a curb-side delivery only! Delivery driver helped bring it inside the house with me as I've had open heart surgery so cant fault the driver but this is a terrible delivery service for the price and I wont be ordering anything else from Easy Bathrooms if this is the only delivery service they offer. Haven't checked the shower enclosure yet as just delivered so can’t comment on the product but not a great first impression.

I’d give zero stars if possible.
Glossy showroom and discount prices - ‘buy cheap, buy twice’ as they say.
Delivery arrived broken, replacement was scheduled without urgency and turned up later than advised - threw out the entire fitting schedule and caused massive inconvenience.
Incredibly poor service.

Lady in the shop listened to our ideas…
Lady in the shop listened to our ideas for our new bathroom and give us some great advice around what would suit our needs. She advised on everything we would require, delivery times and when to arrange delivery at a time which would suit the installers. Everything has worked out great and we now have a lovely new bathroom which we owe our thanks to the team at Stockton.
