Terrible experience. Firstly, when ordering online no option to collect from shop so delivery charge £85!!!!. Secondly, the delivery date was changed as they didn't have right sized van, so we had to wait another week when someone would be at home Waited in all day, no delivery, no txt, phone call or email with an explanation!! Sent email the next day asking to cancel our order and for a full refund . Will not be recommending Easy Bathrooms!!

I didn't realise it at the time, but going to Deep's showroom in Beckton was an absolute blessing.

Firstly, the Easy Bathrooms range is good quality, and also reasonable value. There's a lot to see in the showroom, which is really helpful for ideas. I am pleased with what I have bought.

But over and above Easy Bathrooms itself, I must single Deep out as being above and beyond. He's been incredibly patient and helpful, very responsive to queries and has steered us well in the choice of bathroom items.
Wonderful man.

And I am planning my second bathroom with him even as I type this - having had the Deep experience, I really don't want to go to anyone else.

Phoned up to order 6 more boxes of tiles, wanted them in a hurry, was told you don't take orders over the phone i have to email you to get same batch number,you were not helpful, just take orders over the phone, and because of that i would not use you again and not recommend you to others, easy bathrooms you are not try pants bathrooms

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They spent time with us and we didn't feel rushed or pressurised at any point. We had to be flexible on fitting from our plumber and the staff were very accommodating

I ordered some bathroom panels, amongst other things, for delivery on Wednesday. Despite the website saying they were in stock, this was not the case. Donna has spent all morning going back and forth with me, trying to find replacement panels due to similar issues, as well as contacting suppliers to arrange delivery. While I do believe the website needs to be updated to reflect stock levels more approriatly i really appreciate Donna's help and support to get my delivery done by Wednesday. Her communication has been clear and quick, which I appreciate, as I feel she has prioritised my concerns. Thank you, Donna!

I just wanted to give a special mention to Brandon, who has been absolutely brilliant throughout my bathroom purchase.

I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted at the start and I also had to change my appointments a few times because of work commitments. Brandon was always so understanding, flexible and accommodating, and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance.

What I really appreciated was the way he took the time to understand what I was looking for and talked me through the pros and cons of different options. He gave me the space to make my own decisions, but made sure I had all the information I needed to make those decisions confidently. I found that really reassuring and genuinely helpful.

He has a lovely way of dealing with people — he seems to know when to advise, when to listen and when to simply give you time. That, along with his patience and professionalism, really stood out to me.

Brandon is a real credit to Easy Bathrooms and a real asset to the branch. I’ve got another project coming up and I will definitely be using Easy Bathrooms again.

It’s the first time we have used EB in Chelmsford, Michael gave us great advice throughout giving us some good ideas.
We are so pleased with our new bathroom design, we would like to thank Michael for his patience and support throughout as we didn’t have a clue what we wanted when we first walked in.

Very helpful staff, open on a Sunday. If you’re looking for a different tile and timely delivery, Easy Bathrooms is the place to go.
