Easy Bathrooms Reviews 

Good communication, no complications with our order it all arrived safe and sound and on time . On a slightly negative side ,expensive delivery when you take into account,the cost of the initial purchase. There was only one person delivering who placed it ( carefully) at the end of the drive where it had to stay untill I got home from work.
I would order from Easy bathrooms again .

The staff were very good and helpful and the quality was excellent. Will come back next year for a new bathroom downstairs . The delivery was excellent and nice delivery men and no damage to any of the products.

Oscar and Dips were extremely helpful and courteous. I visited the showroom at Staples Corner to check if a particular bath was sold there, but didn't expect to have ordered this and pretty much everything else I needed on the day and during the days following. I could sense as soon as I walked in that there was going to be no hard selling, which I find really off putting, just a very welcoming, helpful, and enjoyable experience. Everything was explained very clearly about each product and with no rush. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Oscar and Dips.

One down side was the delivery driver was on his own so all the glass panels and shower base was stacked out side my home and I had to get help to take them inside and then to transfer them upstairs.

Overall, my experience with Easy Bathrooms has been excellent. I’ll break it into two parts: the showroom team and the quality of the products.

Showroom team:
I want to highlight Harry at the Hove branch, who was patient, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable. He consistently kept our needs at the forefront and made the whole process straightforward. We can’t speak highly enough of him — if you visit the Hove showroom, I’d definitely recommend asking for Harry.

Product quality:
Our bathroom was delivered on time and extremely well packaged. I expected at least one item to arrive damaged, but every single piece was perfect. The taps, cupboards, and shower fittings are all of very high quality, and we’re extremely happy with our decision to use Easy Bathrooms.

We took full advantage of their flash sale & saved a good amount on this discount, making our tiles more affordable for us.

Delivery was excellent..kept in touch every step of the way.

Excellent experience with these expert staff. They designed and gave a quote very quickly, Grace was fantastic and patient, drafting the design while we looked at what we wanted. I made a few errors in the measurements that I emailed after and Grace correct and emailed tge new design with full rendering images of what it would look like.

Following my previous BAD review on Cliftons, I would just like to add that, thanks to Cliftons sending a third party, my daughter's bathroom, who is wheelchair bound, is leaking water out of the shower area. We have to throw towels down to stop the water coming into the hallway. When I myself have a shower, which is obviously quicker than my daughter, every action, ie, shampoo, conditioner and wash, I have to turn the shower off, otherwise the water runs out of the shower area.

Do not get caught up in Cliftons third party people, as they have sent builders to our home who were unable to do a wet room, no matter how many times you try to explain a wet room to them.

I have spent £8000 for a totally useless bathroom for my daughter

Also, items were returned to Cliftons, which I have not heard anything about.

I just wanted people to be aware NOT to accept third party people from Cliftons (we were offered Oakmere Design and Build Ltd), as obviously this costs extra, which I was unaware of and this company couldn't supply the right builders for the job.

We have just completed 2 bathrooms using Easy Bathrooms tiles and suites.
High quality and a little bit different to the usual.
William, in St Helens Easy Bathrooms has been our contact each time. He has been really helpful and professesional.
I would definately recommend Easy Bathrooms.

One month after start date and STILL NO SHOWER, I'm told they hope to finish mid next week.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
The only good thing was Ken the installer..5 star, but I feel sorry for him working for not so easy bathrooms.

Dips at the staples corner branch of easy bathroom has been great! So patient, co-operative and beyond helpful. He dealt with my enquiry efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure I have all the items in my order for a speedy delivery. Thank you so much :)

We booked an appointment with Paige the showroom manager and the whole process was straight forward, detailed and well planned. Every detail was thought of!
The showroom has so many options and before the appointment we took a brochure home to flick through, we weren’t pressured or hassled which was a pleasant surprise.
Delivery was hassle free and items were correct.

Really easy to do business with. Aimee in the Stratford store was so helpful through the design and installation. Work was completed to a really high standard- couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and the process.
