Great Customer Service - Lorraine
Lorraine in the web sales team. We are halfway through our bathroom being refitted - realised that we had bought the wrong colour button flush (our fault completely) - placed an order for the replacement which would have arrived after the fitters have finished. Lorraine jumped on this for us and got it out for delivery tomorrow. Despite the item being of very low value and not likely to be seen as a priority order to many, Lorraine recognised the situation and acted.
Everyone we have dealt with at Easy Bathrooms has been a human too - no chatbots - you don't realise how much you miss proper customer service until you receive it.
Well done Easy Bathrooms, and in particular Lorraine

Great service
I met with Alex at the St Albans showroom and he was brilliant in helping me choose options for my upcoming bathroom renovation. He was personable and very patient, helping me when I needed to make a decision between certain wall tiles and suggesting the correct colour trim to go with them. All in all, my experience at this showroom and with Alex in particular, was great and I'd happily recommend them.

Beware of Planning & Design Services!
Came to hse to measure, plan and design 2 x bathrooms. Went away, came back with solid presentation pack based on products we chose. HOWEVER, no measurements were included in plans and, stupidly, assumed they knew what they were doing. 1 week before install began I requested measurements, checked and found the wall measurements to be out by a full 600mm too long. This had major impact on the products already ordered, paid for and ready for install. Multiple items had to be returned, new items ordered and compromises made as a result of this. Now fighting to get a refund on returned items and compensation based on measurement errors and false representation in presentation pack of what it showed Vs what was actually delivered.

Better than any other bathroom…
Better than any other bathroom showroom. We undertook a significant refurbishment to create 3 bathrooms in an old Victorian property. Yet we wanted to mix-up the styles. Jack, Mark and the whole team at the Peterborough branch were simply brilliant. Not only with the knowledge of the products and styles, but experienced in plumbing and gave added value as to why some parts/designs would fit better than others. They were so fabulous, we also brought our tiles there too. What a great service and great experience. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Long lead time on a towel ring
We had ordered a full bathroom from Easy Bathrooms and everything was excellent, full 5-star for quality of the products and the design. However we only ordered 1 towel ring ( our mistake) but as soon as we realised the error, we ordered an additional towel ring. Unfortunately we had to wait over two months for it! That’s the reason for 3-stars. Also the delivery is a bit hit and miss it gets changed last minute but comes with warnings that missed deliveries will be charged. What about the fact we arranged everything for the original delivery date and it was changed last minute? Can o charge you for wasted time? I would still highly recommend Easy Bathrooms but there are a couple of things you need to sort out.

Well stocked store
The staff were lovely. Unfortunately our order got messed up a couple of times. Unfortunately one item arrived broken so then had to be re ordered. Staff were great and overall it would not stop me using Easy Bathrooms.

We have reviewed the circumstances and, based on the information provided, the toilet supplied was not found to be incorrect. Our assessment found that the issue related to how the toilet had been installed, rather than the product itself. In these circumstances, responsibility for the installation and any issues arising from it would sit with the installer, rather than the product supplied.
As a result, we were unable to accept the return or provide a refund. We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but our decision was based on the findings of the assessment.
