The best company

We called into the Bolton Gate store & met Simon who guided us through all the different permutations on off for our small bathroom renovation.
Nothing was too much trouble, even though we were a little shell shocked at all the lovely fixtures & fittings.
The job is now complete, finally & we are very happy with the finish.
So thank you Simon for his patience, experience & input.

Handed a lot of problem with the items I ordered wrong stuff delivered items, short of my delivery. Staff could not help much couldn't do much, but would not shop there again and would advise family and friends not to buy from easy bathroom had a very bad experience.

Excellent service from the friendly team at Easy Bathrooms in Team Valley. Great showroom with a wide range or styles to view, our designer - Andy - really listened to what we wanted and made some brilliant design suggestions to help us achieve what we wanted. Never felt like we were being forced to buy anything and the whole process was really easy and enjoyable. Can't wait to have our new bathroom installed!

We used Easy Bathrooms for the first time. The staff were knowledgeable about the products. We collected the items within the week and the shower and taps purchased are fantastic. We were also given a 10year guarantee on the products. Highly recommend

Was in Easy bathrooms today getting my free 3D design and was dealing with Cameron. He was very helpful and welcoming! Would definitely recommend both him and this company!

Everyone was so welcoming. Aarron was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. I changed my design many times and he helped me each time with patience and understanding. I would 100% recommend getting your bathroom from here.

The showroom is well laid out with an extensive range of products to view. The website is interactive and enables you to view your chosen products in different layouts which offer inspiration as to what could be achieved. The sales person who designed the layout of my bathroom was fantastic asked great questions to find out exactly what I wanted to create. The opportunity to see the designs on a large screen in the showroom was brilliant. Also the time to look at the alternative options on the designs emailed across is a great touch. Easy bathrooms worked exceptionally well with my builder to support him to achieve an incredible result. Everyone who has seen the bathroom so far is blown away by it. Thank you to the Derby branch

I looked to place an order for some floor and some wall tiles on a Saturday. The delivery cost was a staggering £85 (any other companies I have dealt with have been around £30) and when I tried to select collect from the store, I kept getting odd messages.

So as the store was just up the road I walked in and asked for collection from store and they stated they didn't do this as they didn't have any warehouse space (so why is this even an option on their website?!) but on this occasion agreed to a store collection for free (the only reason this is 2 stars, not 1). We agreed a Thursday delivery to the store which suited me as the work was starting on my bathroom after that following weekend.

Then Thursday came and I got a call late afternoon to tell me the wall tiles had arrived, and the floor tiles hadn't. They did not know why and they could not get someone in their head office to advise why. I asked if they would be delivered the next day and they did not know. So I collected the wall tiles and agreed to phone the next day.

The next day they still couldn't tell me what was going on so we agreed to cancel the order. I was working and in the office and I needed to order the tiles from somewhere else as a matter of urgency, which is not a stress I needed. But I managed to do this, with a delivery cost of just under £30.

So I went back to Easy Bathrooms and asked me to refund me this £30 as well as I had been forced to place the order elsewhere. They refused, so I asked for it to be escalated to a complaint, and stated that I was not taking no for an answer. Thankfully they eventually agreed to compensate me for the delivery cost I had been forced into paying elsewhere. I didn't push for a stress and inconvenience compensation, but I feel I would have been within my rights to do so.

So what should have been a simple experience was anything but. There are so many bathroom and tile companies out there, that I will avoid repeating my experience with this on in future.
