We had a really great experience with Easy Bathrooms from start to finish. We spent time looking around the store and going through the brochures, and the team were really helpful in putting together different options and quotes for us. We ended up getting a great deal during the sale and are really pleased with our purchase.

The customer service and communication before delivery were excellent, and any issues that did arise were dealt with quickly and efficiently, which made the whole process so much easier.

A special thank you to Thomas, who went above and beyond to get us the best deal and made the whole experience completely stress-free. He was friendly, helpful and always happy to answer any questions.

My husband and I visited the store today in Exeter to purchase a radiator. The gentleman who served us Sohail was polite informative and most helpful.
Sohail is a credit to Easy Bathrooms.

They have a great showroom and a cad system that helps you to see what your bathroom will look like once completed. They have a great choice of fittings and tiles and don't rush you in your choices. They were very helpful from start to finish.

Brilliant, easy parking, dogs allowed, very helpful and patient staff. Received a message to say when order had arrived, my order was tiles so I just nipped down to pick them up. I looked all over for a tile I wanted, went onto pintrest and spotted them straight away, couldn’t believe they were just ten minutes car ride away, the name Easy Bathrooms didn’t make me think of tiles, I was searching specific tile only shops Need more publicity as this is an amazing store. Bought radiators for my whole house here, stunning service again and cheaper than other stores.

Very very helpful every time

Great advice, fantastic service and very good prices. Great premises with all items on display. I found them by accident after an experience with a national flooring company that was the polar opposite. RIP off merchants posing as “experts”. So glad I found Easy Bathrooms and their excellent team.

Worst Company ever used. Recently renovated parents bathroom but no water currently comes out of both up and downstairs bathrooms. This has been complained about multiple times however they have not bothered helping us. They tried blaming it on other parts of the house such as the boiler or water softener however before renovation this has never been an issue. No accountability whatsoever from this company. No refund or compensation has been made. Do not trust/use this company, absolute scammers. Horrible.

Absolutely appalled by the service. They did my parents bathrooms and following this, no water would come out and they could not shower. Pipework and valves were damaged by their workers. They tried to blame it on the boiler and water softener and this has never been an issue in the last 25 years of living in the home. We tried to follow up and their responses were awful, late follow up times, no accountability and so we had to wait for an independent report from external plumbers and paid more of our own money for this as it was done separately. These external contractors confirmed there was no issue with our boiler or softener and that it is the fault of easy bathrooms. The problem still is not fixed and they have left my parents without any water to bathe in. I would never use them again. Do not trust them or use them. Haven’t got any money back and they are not following up with fixing the issue they caused. Staff are awful and unhelpful.

Staff is ver genuine, friendly and very helpful. They were very welcoming as well. Great company to business with.

We have been to the shop many times and have always had a good experience that is why we always go back.
All the staff welcome you as soon as you walk through the door, but then leave you to browse with no sales pressure, but are available when you need any help, which is what we like.
Jenny was especially helpful and went out of her way to find what we wanted, she is a credit to the company.

I would give zero stars if possible. It’s the worse service I’ve ever had from a company. They came to the house to measure the bathroom and produced a bathroom plan for our plumber. We ordered shower, toilet and basin accordingly. Only half the items were delivered despite charging us a hefty delivery charge so our plumber had to go and collect the rest from the showroom. Once the plumber began work, it was clear that there was no way the shower would fit in the space available. We contacted Easybathroom to arrange an exchange and the smaller shower tray was swapped. The problem is in arranging for the shower surrounds to be swapped for ones that fit. I have visited, emailed, phoned and despite reassurances that the whole mess is their responsibility, the correct shower has not been delivered. I have the bulky shower surround still blocking my hall and no shower. No one contacts me.

The good part. The sales team at our local branch were helpful and knowledgeable and choosing our bathroom was easy. The installers were excellent, did a great job and we are very pleased with our bathroom.
The bad part. The logistics was terrible. Delivery arrived at the one time we asked them not to deliver and the bathroom was left in the front garden. The toilet was missing. A returns van turned up to collect something which had already been collected the previous day and then came back another day to collect something we didn't even have. Communication between departments within the company was poor and it was suggested to us that a computer system was telling the employees what to do, rather than the other way around. That said, problems were resolved by staff at head office, although our overall impression was that it was all a bit shambolic.

Great shop assistant was very helpful, knowledgable and product was delivered promptly and was good quality as described.

We were met and served by a very attentive young guy, Michael. He was very informative, polite, and seemed to know what we needed. A very quick service, delivery of the goods and he communicated with us by phone and e-mail. Very prompt. Would have no hesitation to use Easy Bathrooms again or to recommend it to others.

Very helpful staff and good service

I ordered two niches from easybathrooms on the 28th September, the firm operate with showrooms in my area, so i asked for delivery to their store in Bolton.
I have tilers on site to time with the niches being ready, this is costing me money.
They could not give me a delivery time yesterday (the day they were due to arrive in the store). But gave a time range between 3-3.30pm, so i travelled to the store to check - no delivery, they do not give arrival times out! Apparetly lots of people have problems expecting them to deliver on the day they say they will, fancy that!
Still no items at the store staff don't know if goods will be delivered shocking chaos of a once cutting edge brand.

Excellent advice, very patient, nothing too much trouble, fantastic team.

Small purchase relatively speaking but still impressed. We only purchased a new bath panel but helpful to see the choices in a good sized showroom with friendly staff, helpful advice and a good price. Will definitely consider for a large project in the future.
