Easy Bathrooms Reviews 

We had ordered a full bathroom from Easy Bathrooms and everything was excellent, full 5-star for quality of the products and the design. However we only ordered 1 towel ring ( our mistake) but as soon as we realised the error, we ordered an additional towel ring. Unfortunately we had to wait over two months for it! That’s the reason for 3-stars. Also the delivery is a bit hit and miss it gets changed last minute but comes with warnings that missed deliveries will be charged. What about the fact we arranged everything for the original delivery date and it was changed last minute? Can o charge you for wasted time? I would still highly recommend Easy Bathrooms but there are a couple of things you need to sort out.

Called in shop,given replacement part number and emailed details,next day ready to collect great service

Lovely helpful and knowledgeable staff at point of sale. Very good value. Did everything we agreed on.

The staff were lovely. Unfortunately our order got messed up a couple of times. Unfortunately one item arrived broken so then had to be re ordered. Staff were great and overall it would not stop me using Easy Bathrooms.

Overall pleased to have purchased our bathroom from Easy bathrooms...
We were sent a pedestal that was broken either in storage or transit (which we had to repurchase) , and a ceramic mixer tap fixing which was also broken ...
We chose not to open the packaging because we knew it would be in storage for a while until fitted , so being able to exchange the broken parts was not possible, as we'd had them too long....
We had to change the tile configuration, and buy more , as the Subway tiles were 1mm different in size ....
This would have affected the alignment of the pattern ....
Unfortunately we were not told of the difference in size , therefore costing us around £60 extra for tiles...
Pretty happy overall but the finer details could be improved...

Staff and service

Very bad behaviour with customer I bought toilet they send me wrong one and then he didn’t take back and reject us to give refund. Very bad experience don’t go there

Bethany our salesperson has been a great help and we found everything here in Welwyn garden city Easy Bathrooms to do our bathroom upgrade.

Bethany was just fantastic! She was really patient and helpful even though it took us literally hours and two visits to make our choices.

Placed an online order and received an email to state my order is ready to be shipped on my preferred delivery date. I sent an email to request my tile order to be increased. Received an email back literally 3 minutes later from Donna confirming this could be done along with a payment link. Payment made and a further email received to confirm the additional order added to my original order to be delivered together, with the same batch numbers. All done within 10 minutes. This type of online service is unheard of for speed and efficiency. Highly recommend.

After pointing out the issues with quality the black painted taps etc they dismissed it as my fault even though I dont use chemicals in my house. Offered a 50% discount for the RRP even though they were on sale, what an insult.

Lovely company - show rooms that give a really good idea about the look of possible bathrooms. We got some many great ideas from them, and they have been very helpful with orders we have placed from toilets to sink advice to lighting and a TV for the bathroom!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Will at the Harlow branch of Easy Bathrooms, he made the process of designing my bathroom so straightforward where I was overwhelmed by the amount of choices that needed to be made. He gave great insight and advice to help me make the right decisions and I love my new bathroom!
I had two in-store consultations as I changed my mind on several aspects but Will was more than happy to incorporate changes, nothing was too much trouble. He even called me to ensure I was able to take advantage of a promotional offer!
I couldn't recommend Will and the rest of the Harlow team at Easy Bathrooms highly enough.

Mismeasurement, incomplete deliveries, faulty items, poor recommendations by staff, hippo (skip) bag still outside with some faulty goods also left, blocking the drive. Refund still owed. No compensation despite store and installation manager agreement. Having to pay someone else to finish the job. No response or any communication from the store or head office despite being chased. Looking like I need a solicitor!😕

Delivery of the order has missing parts. One week later we have just received the missing parts. Also a duplicate delivery of a missing part was sent. They missed an item off the order completely. The shower tray is smaller than anticipated which is very disappointing. I feel the sales person should have highlighted size of the shower tray to be for a small bathroom, when we could have had a larger one. The fitter of the bathroom suite has been amazing. That’s why I have given 3 stars. Also no contact from installation team when I called to chase missing products. I had to call back to chase. Disappointing customer service with no apology.

Staff very helpful and order was straight forward.
Delivery was quick and on time.

Terrible experience. Firstly, when ordering online no option to collect from shop so delivery charge £85!!!!. Secondly, the delivery date was changed as they didn't have right sized van, so we had to wait another week when someone would be at home Waited in all day, no delivery, no txt, phone call or email with an explanation!! Sent email the next day asking to cancel our order and for a full refund . Will not be recommending Easy Bathrooms!!

I didn't realise it at the time, but going to Deep's showroom in Beckton was an absolute blessing.

Firstly, the Easy Bathrooms range is good quality, and also reasonable value. There's a lot to see in the showroom, which is really helpful for ideas. I am pleased with what I have bought.

But over and above Easy Bathrooms itself, I must single Deep out as being above and beyond. He's been incredibly patient and helpful, very responsive to queries and has steered us well in the choice of bathroom items.
Wonderful man.

And I am planning my second bathroom with him even as I type this - having had the Deep experience, I really don't want to go to anyone else.
