I found this place really helpful
I found this place really helpful, after being recommended to visit by my plumber.
I had no idea what I could achieve with my ensuite refurbishment, but after I arrived with a few measurements and a rough sketch of the floor layout, Brian very kindly sat and talked me thru a few options.
He then bought it all to life on a big screen and shared some HD images to help visualise the plan.
Great service, not pushy, but friendly and helpful.
Brian was a great chap to talk ideas and issues through and put my mind at rest.

Incredible customer service from Warren Petterson
Warren Petterson has made Easy Bathrooms our supplier of choice! He is exceptional in every way! Patient, knowledgable and thorough. Nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend Warren highly enough, I hope that Easy Bathrooms recognise the effort that he puts in with customers and rewards him for it!

Four complaints - no action by Easy Bathrooms
We purchased a new bathroom and installation from Easy Bathrooms (Hove Branch).
We had to buy tile trim ourselves as Easy Bathrooms delivered the wrong amount. When work was finished we also had a box of unopened tiles and a tile trim they supplied that could not be used and they called to pick the items up. We were assured of a refund verbally and by emails. 5 months later we are still waiting.
We paid in 4 instalments but have only been given 2 invoices, despite asking for all 4 they ignore our requests.
We have asked for an explanation as to why "Easy Bathrooms" use "Bathrooms" on credit card statements. No response.
We have made 3 official complaints, all are acknowledged and then totally ignored.
Email to Chief Executive - completely ignored.
We have numerous issues from point of sale to installation. But as they fail on a simple issue of a refund we now realise that we have little hope in resolving our other issues amicably.
Totally unimpressed with this company and would not recommend.

The vanity unit top draw does not align correctly and the soft close is faulty.
I sent a video og fault but no reply after a week.

William who helped was fantastic. He seemed to know exactly what I needed and spent time talking me through everything. A few things, when it came to it didn’t work and the exchange and refund was no problem. Thank you so much. I will certainly recommend Easy Bathrooms as William made the experience so easy and Stressless. The goods were also delivered within 48 hours which was a VAST improvement on Wickes and B and Q. Awful customer sevice
Wrote a bad review in September, as the company were awful. They replied the following day saying they would resolve any issues I had and would get back to me to sort the problem and complaint out.
Nobody ever bothered getting back to me. This was 3 weeks ago..... I've been forgotten about now!

Disappointing service from the Slough branch
Unfortunately, our experience with the Easy Bathrooms Slough branch has been disappointing and a waste of our time. Our initial appointment to measure the bathroom was missed without any notification. A second appointment took place in August, but we are now in October and have still not received a quote or response.
I’ve followed up around five times and have always been assured that someone would get back to me either that day or the next, but unfortunately we’ve still not received a response.
I appreciate that businesses can be busy, but better communication and follow-up would have made a big difference. Based on our experience, I’d find it difficult to recommend this branch, particularly if you’re working to a specific timeframe.

We had a really great experience with…
We had a really great experience with Easy Bathrooms from start to finish. We spent time looking around the store and going through the brochures, and the team were really helpful in putting together different options and quotes for us. We ended up getting a great deal during the sale and are really pleased with our purchase.
The customer service and communication before delivery were excellent, and any issues that did arise were dealt with quickly and efficiently, which made the whole process so much easier.
A special thank you to Thomas, who went above and beyond to get us the best deal and made the whole experience completely stress-free. He was friendly, helpful and always happy to answer any questions.
Would definitely recommend Easy Bathrooms and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

I looked all over for a tile I wanted, went onto pintrest and spotted them straight away, couldn’t believe they were just ten minutes car ride away, the name Easy Bathrooms didn’t make me think of tiles, I was searching specific tile only shops Need more publicity as this is an amazing store. Bought radiators for my whole house here, stunning service again and cheaper than other stores.
