Instructions
The lack of detailed instructions to build the shower screen was terrible, no text just poorly printed drawings that 5 separate people couldn’t understand. The products were fine tbh the whole issue was the poor or even lack of guidance let the experience down

I had fantastic service at Easy bathrooms and I’d particularly like to mention Amy, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Amy really listened to what i wanted and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I had to return one item whichbid ordered in error. Amy made returning the item so simple andbi was refunded on the same day. She’s a real credit to the company and a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service
Ordered from here as cheapest for the product I wanted. Had an issue with the first delivery, Donna picked up my query and dealt with it immediately. A delivery was made but the courier left it on my doorstep and it was stolen. Donna was right on the case again with me and sorted it again, today I’m happy to say it’s been delivered safely. So whilst it’s taken longer than anticipated to receive the product, Easy Bathrooms Donna has been a true example of great customer service!

Help at Sittingbourne…
Can only speak for Sittingbourne branch: employed a fitter but needed advice on equipment and found all advice on planning and equipment both helpful and suitable. An unforeseen snag occurred with the existing floor which involved a change of plans and equipment but this was accommodated without drama. Having no previous experience the professional help particularly from Taylor but also help from Lewis in store made a potentially stressful experience almost a pleasure.

Avoid this company!
Avoid! Awful company. Promised me in January it would be completed by April. Didn't start until July. Promised it would only take 2 weeks. Took over 6 weeks. Plumber had to keep coming back, as things broke and taps leaked. Company sent incorrect items out numerous times. Sometimes, parts were even missing. Bathroom left like a building site for all of the Summer. Rude workmen carrying out the build, caused a leak into my living room below, amongst other ongoing problems. Company didn't care! I lodged a complaint, but as soon as the build was finally finished, they stopped replying to my emails and calls. They got my money, and now do not want to resolve the complaint. What they don't tell you is that you have to pay the total price in full, before the parts are even delivered, let alone installed. So, now they have my money, they don't care about the complaint. Customer service is horrendous!

Good communication, no complications with our order it all arrived safe and sound and on time . On a slightly negative side ,expensive delivery when you take into account,the cost of the initial purchase. There was only one person delivering who placed it ( carefully) at the end of the drive where it had to stay untill I got home from work.
I would order from Easy bathrooms again .

First Class Customer Experience
Oscar and Dips were extremely helpful and courteous. I visited the showroom at Staples Corner to check if a particular bath was sold there, but didn't expect to have ordered this and pretty much everything else I needed on the day and during the days following. I could sense as soon as I walked in that there was going to be no hard selling, which I find really off putting, just a very welcoming, helpful, and enjoyable experience. Product quality was good
One down side was the delivery driver was on his own so all the glass panels and shower base was stacked out side my home and I had to get help to take them inside and then to transfer them upstairs.

Showroom team:
I want to highlight Harry at the Hove branch, who was patient, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable. He consistently kept our needs at the forefront and made the whole process straightforward. We can’t speak highly enough of him — if you visit the Hove showroom, I’d definitely recommend asking for Harry.
Product quality:
Our bathroom was delivered on time and extremely well packaged. I expected at least one item to arrive damaged, but every single piece was perfect. The taps, cupboards, and shower fittings are all of very high quality, and we’re extremely happy with our decision to use Easy Bathrooms.
