The representative who served me was extremely helpful and polite and found the part I required for my shower, even though I did not know what it called. Not a DIY person myself.

Needed to purchase a new basin tap. Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. Shiny new tap received pronto!

Great experience at Easy Bathrooms. We went to a well known retailer but unfortunately the experience was poor. Someone then recommended we go to Easy Bathrooms Leeds showroom Unit 2 Royds Lane who we must admit we hadn’t heard about before. What a difference! A big showroom displaying lots of different bathroom styles and layouts. But the big difference was the expertise of the staff, especially Andrew, who upon hearing what we were looking for walked us round knowing exactly where what we wanted was on display. As the name suggests that made everything so easy and we ordered for our new bathroom and ensuite. Thanks everyone.

We have received an excellent service from Steve for our recent bathroom design. He was patient, helpful and offered great specialist advice around our chosen decor and bathroom furniture. Even though we changed our mind several times, Steve embraces our ideas throughout and helped them come to life. We are over the moon with our new bathroom and can't thank Steve enough. An excellent service from start to finish.

VERY HELPFULL AND GOOD ADVICE ON OUR PURCHASE

Service great until sold. Issues after bathroom were awful. Incorrect items supplied. Finishes not accurate and reluctance to rectify when you’ve spent tens of throusands of pounds.

Accessories not quality - brushed gold finishing is poor quality and will not last. Guarantees for this are useless, cleaning is almost impossible and the brushed affect soon comes off/peels.
If you want your bathroom to last, go elsewhere.

I purchased a replacement door seal for the bottom of my shower cubicle door 12 months ago. Within nine months of that purchase the seal was beginning to fall apart and 3 months later the seal was totally useless. Inspite of there being lots of other suppliers of door seals the seal on my screen is unique and consequently I have to purchase the replacement of this poor quality item from Easy Bathrooms at a painfully high cost. Incidentally i felt obliged to purchase two of these expensive seals in case the item becomes obsolete in the near future.

I visited Easy Bathrooms Sunderland looking for tiles to use as a splashback behind my hob.I was assisted by Pete who showed me samples of both tiles and grout colours.He was very knowledgable about the different options and gave me several suggestions.Even though my job is very small Pete was still interested to hear my ideas.He arranged to get me samples of my chosen tiles.
Another positive of the store is that it is dog friendly.My poodle was extremely happy as she was the centre of attention.
On collection of my samples I was assisted by Carl and Kate,again a very positive experience.
It was a pleasure to visit the showroom and will be purchasing tiles from them.

We had a very good experience in your store, very helpful staff member with good advice.
We chose 2 mirror cabinets for our Bathroom and paid for it on the spot.
The cabinets arrived 2 days later and I received a call to come and collect it.
When I arrived at the store, a young lady was extremely helpful in allowing me to check it for damage and she helped me to take my cabinets to my car to load it.

Denice in the shop was helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The fitters were prompt, polite and very efficient. A slight issue with wrong panels sent but Bogdan was on the case and all was sorted without drama. Brilliant and easy to deal with.

very poor after service . not interested after had money . passed round houses and told area manager will not help or deal with customers . left no option but to seek legal. advice and protest outside chester store .

I purchased a mirror and the service was excellent and I am now looking at purchasing a new bathroom suite. The staff are so professional and helpful, nothing is to much trouble.

Good choice of tiles. Excellent customer service from Alex Wild. My only gripe would be the cost of delivery.

So easy to use website, went into Warrington store where the guy there was super helpful wirhout being pushy. Went home, ordered online and was delivered swiftly. Top class service and would definitely recommend and use again

They are happy to take your money but when something is wrong they are not that interested.
