The contractor (Ziggy) was excellent, very helpful and tidy from start to finish. Couldn't fault him. Likewise the girls at head office, especially Alisha, who helped me recover over payment caused by the salesman at Warrington showroom who tried to substitute higher priced items without my knowledge. Apart from the salesman, everything else worked very well.

Brian, was more than helpful and patient designing 5 bathrooms with me, giving me inspiration and ideas.

Terry was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products we looked at still awaiting clarification off our insurance company before we can act

Great experience at Havant. Bailey was very helpful planning our bathroom, understanding our project, guiding us with products and very patient with all the decisions and changes we made.

Experience in store couldn’t fault the bathroom designer was extremely knowledgable and helpful
The price for the actual bathroom was ok
But the costs of installation were outrageous. Not sure how a company can justify those prices

We ordered a skiddaw stone bath tub and was promised the bath tub would be delivered in 3 working days. We needed this to happen as we were installing a new bathroom ensuite, and needed it to be on site to measure where the waste pipe needs to go! The bath tub never got delivered and caused a considerable delay to our project. In the end we received a refund. Other than that the customer service was pretty good at the Uckfield showroom.

Alex was great, he took the time to design the bathroom we wanted, not the one he wanted to sell. It was a great experience

From Start to Finish the process was so slick. The Sales team designed the perfect bathroom and the installation team delivered on that promise

Jon is aways helpful when I am looking for new bathroom parts. And always pointing me in the right direction. Top man.

The staff in the Cheltenham store were fantastic and put through the order.
They then rang to say the product was not available.
I then went online and was able to order it.
Only problem is that it cost me £80 in delivery costs!
So great service (in the end) but not great value for money).

We have recently bought some tiles and bathroom accessories from the Solihull store and have always found the staff there extremely helpful

The delivery was handled extremely well and on time. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars was that i had to help the driver with what was a heavy load. Also his instructions were to leave the delivery at the end of the drive.

Staff were not knowledgable. Bits missing. Replacements sent incorrectly. Disappointed with overall experience.

Great customer service, no pressure to buy. When we selected our choice it was made sure we were happy with our purchase.

Starting in June, I gave a rough AI rendering of my designs and had Easy Bathrooms go over it with actual measurements, colours and products. They totally ripped out the old bathroom and installed a brilliant bathroom. Hugo from the Tilehurst store was extremely helpful. The installer Emi’s team was brilliant we mainly had Leon a true perfectionist. My only criticisms would be the logistics delays, wrong items and things missing but these were quickly rectified by the team. The other thing is keeping track of the invoices. Price changes, discounts, replacements and reorders tend to generate more invoices but you can ignore some depending on what there for. I felt an online account with project details, costing broken down , updates and communications bringing every thing and everyone into one easily accessible project area would have beneficial.

Gary and the team at derby store are fantastic and do everything they can do to help and support your installation needs. Could not ask for a better bunch of people. From design to support with materials and products. If anything delivery service slightly lets it down. Could improve in this department.
