Very good service from Easy Bathrooms in Reading - particularly from Hugo who helped me design, kit out and order my new bathroom, to Gabriel who built and fitted out all the parts. In the end it was an overall good experience - the fittings seem of good quality and Gabriel’s works are of a high standard. I love my new bathroom. So a special thanks to Hugo and Gabriel!!

Excellent service in the Harlow store, our advisor was so knowledgeable and gave excellent advice. The products are fantastic and good value for money. I would say the delivery service was shocking and very unhelpful, just dumping the pallet of items in the road, not helping if you cannot lift items or are on your own.

Fit for purpose design and competitive prices.

Spoke to Nicola at parkgate, she was great really friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much hassle.
Although I opted against of purchasing from easy bathrooms, as I feel the price is excessive, starting point £11000 for small bathroom installations,.But I will be buying my panels from here.
I think with new AI technology easybathroom designs could be far more realistic by using chat gpt, this would definitely be a selling point for people who don’t use technology.
But overall my experience was great. Customer service couldn’t have been any better , thanks to Nicola

I was told about easy bathrooms from a friend. My son and I chose the castle point store in Bournemouth to look for a new bathroom for my en suite. Dani was the lady who introduced herself to us. She was so very helpful and spent plenty of time with us. I was very indecisive in what I wanted but Dani never made us feel rushed and helped us choose all that I wanted. Even when I changed my mind a couple of times nothing was too much trouble. The bathroom arrived last week on time and everything was so well packed and all complete. Now looking forward to it being installed. I would definitely recommend easy bathrooms.

Extremely expensive delivery for a very basic delivery service. If I hadn’t checked some of the stuff being delivered would have been delivered to the wrong address as incorrectly labelled and no facility to unload the delivery other than by hand as no tail lift

From the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the products purchased and the efficient ordering process through to prompt delivery. Would thoroughly recommend.

Collection of item went very well and was in the depot within a few days.

terrible company ordered bathroom equipment and they took money and were very helpful splitting order to have waste pipes delivered first. that where it all went wrong. missed first delivery date with an excuse of not sure what went wrong missed next date with sorry delivered to wrong store. next one missed on oh sorry will deliver to home. then we will deliver with full order. took day of to accept order and got a call on morning of date sorry not happening be 5 more days.
explained to plumber and he said this is a common theme with them !! -----argh ----- do not use

They were fantastic! Fast efficient service and the staff especially Aaron were brilliant. Highly recommend.

Overall experience good

This was an ensuite and bathroom renovation project. We have used Easy Bathrooms twice before for a previous home, but this is the first time we had used their fitting service. The planning service at the Hull branch was thorough and we were presented with plans including a 3d rendering of our new ensuite and bathroom plus a comprehensive list of all the items necessary to achieve the renovation. The items were delivered a few days before work was scheduled to start. As the crew undertook the work, if they found any parts missing, damaged or incorrect, Easy Bathrooms replaced them immediately. Their fitting crew were excellent - worked fast and cleared up after themselves each evening - very respectful of our property and consulted with us whenever they had any queries about what we wanted. They finished the renovations which look superb, and the following day, a contractor arrived to remove the bags of waste. To be sure, they are expensive but we did get quotes from other contractors where, upon checking online, were found to be very poor in terms of quality of material and service delivery, so I'm happy we chose correctly. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The return process is complicated and I could not return the items and still waiting for the refund

The only thing we were disappointed with was the shower screen gave us the impression that three pieces were included. When in actual fact there were only two pieces. Included in the package. We had to then order an end panel. The staff were very helpful.

Warning - curb-side delivery only for large heavy bathroom products.
Ordered a shower enclosure from the website, paid £85 for delivery which i feel is very expensive in comparison to other suppliers and found out when delivery was made today that this was a curb-side delivery only! Delivery driver helped bring it inside the house with me as I've had open heart surgery so cant fault the driver but this is a terrible delivery service for the price and I wont be ordering anything else from Easy Bathrooms if this is the only delivery service they offer. Haven't checked the shower enclosure yet as just delivered so can’t comment on the product but not a great first impression.

Glossy showroom and discount prices - ‘buy cheap, buy twice’ as they say.

Delivery arrived broken, replacement was scheduled without urgency and turned up later than advised - threw out the entire fitting schedule and caused massive inconvenience.

Incredibly poor service.

We always receive a great service from Easy Bathrooms the staff are so polite and knowledgeable regarding all the products.

Very disappointed that they do not take a whole box of untouched tiles back, I will never buy tiles from here ever again

Delivery was prompt and items arrived in good condition. Selection was also great.
