Our shower had no hot water going through it. They gave good advice on how to clean it first. Had to order a new thermostat. They even sent a video on how to change it.

Mixed. Helpful staff at the Telford showroom, lots of choice of styles and options. Eventually - after having come close to cancelling as I felt like I was being strung along - they found me an absolutely fantastic local installer who went above & beyond, but everything else was a mess. Once the deposit was paid it felt like I had to chase everything. Delivery was a farce, with items dumped anyhow in my garage, some wrong/incompatible items and more than a quarter of the tiles were chipped, scratched or broken. Communication with the 'live install' team was nonexistent. A big error with a unit size that should have been spotted sooner by EzB, along with some design issues meaning I couldn't get the shower tray I wanted, has taken the shine off the whole thing. And I'm sick of looking at the skip on the front lawn that I've asked to be taken away. I'm again waiting for them to get back to me on a resolution. As it stands, I'd highly recommend the installer, but couldn't recommend EzB. I'll give them a few days to rectify the problems, and I'll update the review accordingly.

We have visited a few of your stores but really feel that your staff at the Leeds depot are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble, even when you change your mind they are more than happy to re draw the design and re price everything

We visited the Altrincham branch, where there was an excellent range of bathroom fittings. We were given a comprehensive brochure, which we took home and perused at length. We took the relevant measurements and a basic outline of what we wanted and returned to Altrincham for our appointment with Oscar. Together with Oscar, we designed our new bathroom. After which, he gave us a detailed quote, which we could study at our leisure. We confirmed at our next meeting that we would go ahead. He made a suggestion for a slight change in the design, with which we agreed.
Throughout the process, Oscar was professional, helpful and friendly.

I would rate this company a zero if possible.
I was told to expect a 7 month wait for an install of bath, shower, toilet, sink, flooring and lights before being introduced by the manager to an independent installer that she recommended.
He took a £4K deposit and disappeared. Easy bathrooms response was that I should have checked him out myself.

I can’t recommend Easy Bathrooms highly enough. From start to finish, Scott has been absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through everything and explain all the options clearly. He was also so patient with me when I struggled to make decisions, never making me feel rushed or pressured and always happy to answer my questions.

The delivery process was smooth sailing, and when I realised I had ordered the wrong item, it was dealt with without any fuss whatsoever and quickly rectified. Nothing felt like too much trouble, which made the whole experience so much less stressful.

Scott is a real credit to Easy Bathrooms. His knowledge, patience and customer service have made what could have been a complicated process a genuinely positive experience. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone who clearly cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right.
