Not so Easy Bathrooms
Having rebufurbished one bathroom and one cloakroom over the past -18 months using Easy Bathroom, I recently bought some tiles for a new project. I collected them from store and before opening the pack, realised that they weren’t quite right. The store informed that I couldn’t return them and there would be no refund. I then took this up with the customer service team who just quoted that it was in their T&C’s not to take back in store bought tiles. So, after the non service by customer service and the general feeling that the computer says no, the name Not so Easy Bathrooms would be more appropriate. If you want a new barhroom, look at other options !

It isn't easy buying a bathroom; fittings, fixtures, furniture, will they fit etc. Phil was brilliant, he was patient, polite and could answer all our questions.
