Ordered a new bathroom suite end of September all in stock, plumber and tiler all organised for 6th November. Went to the Hillsborough store 31st October to pay final payment only to be told bath panel not arriving until next January 2027. I found alternative panel on-line with Easy Bathroom showing in stock, only to be told don’t believe that, also not available until January 2027. Cancelled the full order and now having to source elsewhere. Not a happy customer, would definitely not recommend.
Dawn has been extremely helpful and responsive in this stage of my search for a bathroom. She was excellent in her approach to discussing my ideas when she visited my home to take measurements for an initial quote. She took her time, listened to my ideas and talked through with me how that could be realised. She helped me select a tile choice that was right for me, which without her I might not have gone for and it was in the free range, so I didn't feel I was being oversold at all. She has had a lot of time for me every time I have visited her at the showroom. The other staff even know how I take my coffee leaving Dawn to focus on my questions. I am now ready to go ahead with the design and am very hopeful that the installation and choices will be excellent. I would highly recommend Dawn at Easy Bathrooms on Portrack Lane as friendly, responsive, thoughtful, with a good eye for design and your individual taste.
We recently ordered a bathroom from Easy Bathrooms. Initially, the design appointments went well, and after three visits and several changes, we trusted the young member of the sales team dealing with our order to make sure everything was correct. We paid around £3,500 in full for the bathroom supply.
Unfortunately, when everything arrived, our builder identified multiple mistakes with the order. An 1800mm bath panel for a 1700mm bath, a worktop that was the wrong size for our base units, and a plinth that hadn’t even been ordered, leaving the unit legs exposed.
As a result, we had to make multiple phone calls to get things corrected, and our bathroom installation was heavily delayed. To make matters worse, we were actually told we would have to pay the difference to rectify mistakes that were entirely down to Easy Bathrooms.
We completely understand that mistakes happen. However, when there are multiple mistakes, there are serious knock-on effects. Our builder has to rearrange workers at the last minute, potentially find them alternative work or still pay them when there is none available. It also puts us in an incredibly awkward position with our builders, as we are the ones communicating delivery dates and organising schedules based on the information Easy Bathrooms has given us. Their mistakes don’t just affect us; they affect other businesses and people’s livelihoods too. This is something they seem to have very little understanding of.
But honestly, what has angered us the most is the complete lack of accountability, professionalism and basic customer care. Neither the manager nor the salesperson who dealt with our order has offered us a genuine apology. When we spoke to the salesperson about the situation, there was no real acknowledgement of what had happened, no empathy and certainly no sense of responsibility. It genuinely felt as though once the sale was made, our experience was no longer his concern.
We would like to give credit to Melanie, who was dealing with our complaint. She has been apologetic, helpful and understanding, despite the mistakes having nothing to do with her in the first place. Thank you, Melanie, for actually showing some customer care and helping us get this sorted.
What is particularly frustrating is that this situation could have been handled very differently. If Easy Bathrooms had taken responsibility, offered a sincere apology and shown some goodwill for the inconvenience caused, we would have been far more understanding and would still have been happy to recommend them.
Instead, we have been left feeling completely let down, and extremely disappointed with absolutely no meaningful apology or goodwill from the people responsible.
Mistakes happen, but refusing to take responsibility for them is simply unacceptable. Based on our experience, AVOID!
Hayley at Easy Bathrooms, the Pompey Centre, has gone above and beyond in terms of customer service. Very responsive and sorted my issues with great communication.
The Atlantis wall boards cannot take sunshine, around our windows the boards keep peeling, guarantee is not worth the paper it’s written on, as when we reported this problem we were told we must have used chemicals on the boards, and that was all they kept repeating.
Visited 2 branches Basildon and Romford . Basildon okay but Jack at Romford was way more engaged and super helpful
Everyone was really helpful and helped get the things we needed.
Our time with Brett in the Bridgnorth store was such a pleasurable one. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. We had an idea of what we wanted and Brett brought it to life with computer images from every angle after coming out to see and measure our bathroom space. We sat and discussed our options in the comfort of our own home. This whole experience helped us to make a rather difficult decision as to what we would have in our odd shaped bathroom. Thank you so much Brett for all of your time and good luck with the store refit.
Pleased with our new bathroom cabinet. Helpful friendly staff.

The quality of the bathroom furniture is good, but the logistics and delivery are terrible. Wrong parts, missing parts, wrong colours. Sorted in the end, but all extra hassle, and extra costs.

It was a great experience and I would have given it 5 stars but twice I was told that the wall panels I had chosen, and some paid for. were not available. Not your fault but unfortunately I had to go back to the showroom twice to choose different panels. Fortunately I actually prefer my 2nd choice of both panels and colours so all's well that ends well.

It’s not the problem that occurs necessarily rather the way in which it is dealt with. Small issue with a shower enclosure had the Technical department responding with great advice and a small part free of charge which enabled my project to finish on time. Excellent.

The sales consultant was really helpful and made difficult choices easier
