Lovely tile options at reasonable price

Incredible design capabilities — their team can genuinely create beautiful bathrooms from a blank room to detailed 3D renders. Ends up lovely like the photo. The design stage was impressive and gave us confidence in the final look.

They also offer further discounts if prices reduce, which is a great policy in principle. However, when our price was reduced, an item we specifically wanted was removed from the order without clear communication.

There were a couple of practical issues too:

- Missing materials — Additional vital jackoboards weren’t included in the original quote, so we had to order more later. The lower price wasn’t honoured on the extra boards. We still saved overall, but I would have expected the original price to be maintained.

- Under‑quoted tiles — The tile quantity was underestimated, meaning we had to order more to finish the job. The extra tiles were over £12 per tile higher than the original price, which added unexpected cost.

Despite these issues, I would still recommend Easy Bathrooms. Their design work is excellent and the final result looks fantastic. Just make sure to triple‑check every detail, confirm all items are included, and ensure they’ve quoted for enough materials from the start.

They reached out and promised to sort the issues, never heard back.

Easy Bathrooms Telford were absolutely amazing. In particular Jo - she couldn’t do enough for us. We are absolutely delighted with our en-suite. The quality of everything is fantastic and the customer service has been exceptional. We did have a blip with delivery but this was resolved to our satisfaction - I would definitely arrange delivery a week before your start date. Special mention to Hayden and James who have also been especially helpful with our ongoing queries. Thank you everyone at easy bathrooms Telford. I would definitely recommend and we will go back when we do our main bathroom.

Incorrect bathroom mirror delivered twice

I found the lady I dealt with at the Seacroft store helpful, professional but most of all very knowledgeable about the products.

Ordered tile samples, postage was charged for unlike other companies and the tiles were filthy when they arrived

I headed into the Norwich store, with just measurements of the ensuite, nothing else. But came out with exactly what I was looking for, thats thanks to Rebecca. Rebecca, listened what I wanted, was very patient, as I kept changing my mind. Rebecca was very knowledgeable which put me at ease. Overall, Rebecca was a delight to deal with and nothing was to much bother.

Quality service from staff

Simple and elegant shower door that is well made and works really well. It's so easy to keep clean too. It was very well packaged and arrived swiftly.

Massive thanks to Carl in the Roker store who helped me with my tile selection for the hallway! I was sooooo indecisive and with his expert opinion and great taste I came to a decision which I’m extremely happy with! The process was slick and easy and I was updated regularly on delivery. Once my tiles arrived Carl even helped me load them into the car! Thank you so much!!
