Good experience but after sales could be better.
Got the impression everyone went out of their way to get your order but once the balance was paid the friendliness went down hill.
To pay extra for a second staff member for delivery was ridiculous
Would not refund two unused boxes of tiles. B&Q and Wickes do.

Quick and expert service

From going into the store at Welwyn Garden City to receiving the worksurface for our bathroom, everything was easy and stress free. Bethany was very helpful and professional and made ordering simple. We were kept in touch re delivery and the driver was extremely helpful. All in all a good experience.

Steve (Glasgow Showroom) was great. We were planning the renovation of an en-suite toilet and shower room. He helped us through the selection process, drew up plans and presented us with a 3D “walk about” of the planned renovation. Fantastic service.

All the staff at Easy Bathrooms in Folkestone are really helpful and polite.

Mark was excellent in his knowledge and customer service, he listened, recommended products and was not pushy in any way which made me feel at ease. I made my purchase and will certainly be back for my other products. He's certainly an asset to your company.

Loved the tiles we bought and we were well informed and advised. The price seemed perfectly reasonable too and the delivery was arranged to suit us.

Really. helpful when first contacted on phone. Open at weekend. Had plenty of time to listen to what we wanted and a very good selection of tiles. We were surprised to find exactly what we wanted. The bathroom displays looked really good. Great setvice thank you

Dear easy bathrooms ,
Your sales agent Bailey at your  Havant branch has been amazing and helpful throughout. However we are very disappointed with the supply and delivery of the products. To start with we had a £248:24 sink unit, which was damaged on the front. Our bathroom fitter David Murray got in touch with the supplier.  We would have expected an instant replacement and maybe a discount for the inconvenience, to offer £50 off the unit and expecting us to use it is a bit of an insult.  The next issue we had was with one of the shower panels. It had a large scratch/crack and several indentations on it.  Dave got in touch again with your office and was advised that a replacement would not arrive until November! This is not what we expected from a large company with many outlets.  We moved into our property without a functioning bathroom because of the promise of a quick and quality service. We have lost a lot of confidence in your company.  We will be left with no bathroom for 2 months. Dave has said he will make a temporary fix with the damaged panel but he will have to return to replace it which will require the removal and refit of the Glass screen so he can replace the panel. This has inconvenienced all of us and created additional cost to fit the new panel of which we feel we should be compensated for

The Sales Advisor, Sophie, was excellent and so helpful guiding me through such an enormous array of bathroom paraphernaila, to make my final choice.

I found this place really helpful, after being recommended to visit by my plumber.
I had no idea what I could achieve with my ensuite refurbishment, but after I arrived with a few measurements and a rough sketch of the floor layout, Brian very kindly sat and talked me thru a few options.
He then bought it all to life on a big screen and shared some HD images to help visualise the plan.
Great service, not pushy, but friendly and helpful.
Brian was a great chap to talk ideas and issues through and put my mind at rest.

Warren Petterson has made Easy Bathrooms our supplier of choice! He is exceptional in every way! Patient, knowledgable and thorough. Nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend Warren highly enough, I hope that Easy Bathrooms recognise the effort that he puts in with customers and rewards him for it!

We purchased a new bathroom and installation from Easy Bathrooms (Hove Branch).

We had to buy tile trim ourselves as Easy Bathrooms delivered the wrong amount. When work was finished we also had a box of unopened tiles and a tile trim they supplied that could not be used and they called to pick the items up. We were assured of a refund verbally and by emails. 5 months later we are still waiting.

We paid in 4 instalments but have only been given 2 invoices, despite asking for all 4 they ignore our requests.

We have asked for an explanation as to why "Easy Bathrooms" use "Bathrooms" on credit card statements. No response.

We have made 3 official complaints, all are acknowledged and then totally ignored.

Email to Chief Executive - completely ignored.

We have numerous issues from point of sale to installation. But as they fail on a simple issue of a refund we now realise that we have little hope in resolving our other issues amicably.

Totally unimpressed with this company and would not recommend.

The vanity unit top draw does not align correctly and the soft close is faulty.
I sent a video og fault but no reply after a week.
Terrible service.
