I’m planing to buy the delta 2 with solar panels
I will leave another review later after i get my unit
Run from EcoFlow products
Run from EcoFlow products. We purchased an EcoFlow Delta 3 Ultra Plus with an external battery, 6 solar panels, the Glacier 55L and the Wave, both with the separate batteries. We had the first problem with the Glacier. After 5 days of use it overheated and this was on a 65 degree day. We tried letting it cool down, running a firmware update, but it would not cool down lower than 30 degrees for more than a few hours. We contacted technical support at EcoFlow via email within the initial 30 day return period. For the next 4 weeks they would send us emails saying their team was working on a solution and thanks for our patience. Basically they ran out the return period. Finally, after we threatened reporting them to our credit card company they sent us a FedEx label. Then when they received the unit they said we only sent them the cooler and not that battery and we would have to prove it by sending a "shipping video". We then said we didn't want another cooler and they charged us $24 handling fee plus 2 shipping fees of $22 ad $54. Next our USB-C 45 W ports failed. And watch out for the Wave as the heater doesn't function if the temperature is below 32 degrees. Zero cables came with the solar panels to connect them to our battery bank. We ordered one from them which they sent via DHL. Well DHL hands packages off to the Post Office in our rural area so of course the Post Office sent it back to EcoFlow for insufficient address. It took 37 days to get a refund and then they said they didn't have anymore of those cables. So we had solar panels on our van that we couldn't connect to our power station. Had to order a third party cable to get everything to work. Ultimately a very expensive $5000 lesson. Stick with Jackery or Bluetti. We're trashing the whole stinking system.

Awful Customer Service - Non-responsive
Purchased 2 Delta Pro units with 4 extra batteries and a Smart Home Panel in 2024. Everyone wanted to see the system we put in place, family, friends and neighbors. System has worked flawlessly until the recent firmware upgrade in August 2026. Immediately following the upgrade 1 battery crashed and both Pro units started having output errors. Customer Service has been horrible. Sure you can reach a human to document the complaint but after a week all I've received are emails stating Ecoflow is escalating the issue. One email even stated they ran diagnostics! How I don't know because all the batteries are shutdown. Not one phone call. I was a huge proponent for Ecoflow but I'm now questioning my decision.

I have had the worst experience of my…
I have had the worst experience of my life. I’m in the process of making a short YouTube video but wanted to warn everyone first so nobody got hurt.
I purchased a brand new ecowave 3 and battery add on from Facebook marketplace and it was brand new in box sealed. Worked amazingly for our first 2 trips despite learning how to drain it correctly but user error there.
We were about to go to bed and I put it on about 15 minutes prior and next thing you know i can smell plastic and some foul other solvent type of smell and I go up to look and the battery is melting completely into metal tray.i couldn’t separate the battery as it melted into the unit.so I freak out thinking lithium can be dangerous (I watched too many Tesla car videos) and I get the picnic blanket and wrap it and unplug it.
I end up chucking it into the damn lake next to us (stupid I know, I wasn’t thinking at the time). But nothing really happened or any fire. Just scary thinking it would. But completely melted and fused the unit and battery.
Worst part is I liked the damn thing but I guess it makes for a funny story so our friends say. But what a waste of money and almost dying isn’t fun just glad we were awake.
Edit: I have not been contacted by ecowave and have managed to get the original receipt also.

Bad Customer Support + Unreliable Company
They shipped me the incorrect item + an item I didnt even order. I contacted them and provided all of the requested photos and documentation but they still want me to wait 3-5 business days to find a resolution. I want to return the items they sent and get a refund and I want to do so asap. They also only reply to emails at night which is frustrating.

My ecoflow delta 3 setup is perfect for our work van. One of the charging ports became faulty and they replaced the whole unit with a new one
Disappointed, going with an alternative
I’m disappointed with EcoFlow after what should have been a very simple order.
I ordered a DELTA power station directly from EcoFlow Canada. On Aug. 8 I received a shipping notification for ‘label created’. This usually means it’ll ship that day or the next. Five days later, still no indication the courier has actually received the package.
EcoFlow told me the problem must be with the courier. The courier told me the problem must be with EcoFlow. I then requested cancellation and a refund. EcoFlow has now told me they will “submit an interception request” and that, if unsuccessful, I should refuse the package when it eventually arrives after which they will wait for it to return to their warehouse before processing my refund.
It’s not on me to resolve this, all this time wasted and back and forth with multiple companies. EcoFlow: please cancel the order at the warehouse and refund the payment.
This is particularly disappointing from a company selling hi-tech products - it really erodes any confidence I had in the product itself, if this experience is reflective of the company culture.

Extremely disappointing warranty…
Extremely disappointing warranty experience – EcoFlow changed an agreed settlement and refusing to repair - replace - settle the issue.
Case: CAS-20260720-1908370
I purchased an EcoFlow BLADE robotic mower which had problems almost from the beginning – incomplete mowing cycles, constant charging/contact issues and eventually Bluetooth/setup problems that made it unusable.
EcoFlow initially instructed me to contact the original business seller and specifically told me to contact EcoFlow again if the seller refused to provide after-sales service.
I did exactly that. The seller did not respond, and I provided EcoFlow with screenshots proving my attempts to contact them.
EcoFlow then took over the case, requested my proof of purchase and product information and investigated the claim.
Eventually EcoFlow offered me a £842.50 refund. They also agreed to provide a refurbished DELTA 3 Classic as a goodwill gesture, requested my bank/payment details and confirmed that the shipment request had been submitted.
I thought the matter was finally resolved.
Then EcoFlow changed its position.
They told me they could no longer provide the £842.50 refund because the mower had originally been purchased through a third-party eBay business seller and told me to go back to that seller again.
EcoFlow has since acknowledged in writing that there was a failure on their side to correctly identify the purchase channel during the handling of my claim.
Despite repeatedly asking them to explain:
Why was a £842.50 refund approved?
Why were my payment details requested to process it?
Why was the approved refund subsequently withdrawn?
I still have not received a proper answer.
Instead, I continue receiving variations of the same response directing me back to the original seller – the same seller EcoFlow already knows failed to provide warranty support.
The BLADE has now been discontinued, and EcoFlow has informed me that they no longer have repair resources or replacement units available for this model.
I have retained all emails, screenshots and correspondence, including the approved refund, request for payment details and DELTA 3 Classic offer.
After weeks of contradictory responses and no satisfactory resolution, I have now issued EcoFlow with a formal Letter Before Action.
For a company selling premium products, this has been an extremely disappointing warranty and customer-service experience.

Solar Panels Not Delivered for Stream Kit
Update: 9 Sept 2026
Two weeks after the panels were due to be delivered by the courier (Raben) we learn that they were damaged in transit. I am updating the review to 4 stars because Aaron (real person presumably, not an AI bot - but who knows these days?!) of Ecoflow Customer Service was in touch regularly, and has eventually processed a refund for the panels. Please though Ecoflow, use another courier!
----
UPDATE 5 September 2026
the same courier that 'lost' our package the first time round (Raben) was used to deliver the panels again - sadly it was no surprise that they did not deliver on the 24th August as their tracking said. on 25th we were told Ecoflow were investigating with the courier, we were then told it had been 'escalated'; we were then told if they did not arrive by Friday 4th Sept we could either ask for another set to be sent by another courier or have a refund for the panels.
Now we are told that we cannot after all have the refund for the panels until they can confirm that the panels are lost!!
Almost 2 months since we paid for the panels, and as Summer turns into Autumn, and then into Winter, we will be losing this year's opportunity to make savings on our electricity bills from Solar.
To their credit, Ecoflow have been in regular contact (with promises), but they do not seem able to control their couriers or the delivery of their products, nor to meet customer service promises in a timely way.
---
EDIT #2 (14 Aug 2026) this morning I have received a tracking number for the parcels, so I am updating the rating - only to three stars at the moment, as the same courier company is being used that last time did not deliver after arranging a time, then lied about arranging a new time, before sending the panels back to Germany! Let's see if they do better this time (and if so I will upgrade the rating)
EDIT #1 : I case number now sent to Ecoflow as requested
I ordered an Ecoflow Stream Ultra plus 4 panels (from the official Ecoflow website) on 18th July 2026, for delivery to Italy (Order number EFIT-66205). The order confirmation stated: “Orders are generally processed and delivered within 3-7 business days”.
The courier arrived with a badly damaged and taped up Ultra package, which I rejected – eventually a replacement was delivered, 3 weeks after the order was made. Fine, Ecoflow cannot be blamed for courier damage.
The panels are another story. The first tracking details sent were incorrect. When I questioned this, tracking details sent for another courier (Raben). That courier contacted us by telephone on Friday the 31st July and told that the delivery that we think was the panels would be delivered the next day, Saturday 1st Aug, before 12:30pm. The delivery did not arrive and we were not contacted again to tell us it would be rescheduled. I checked the courier tracking, and the status said “new delivery date agreed with consignee” – an outright lie, they had not contacted us! Meanwhile the tracking details showed the parcel status as ‘not delivered’ and the location changed from Italy back to Germany, where it had originated!
I have sent several emails to Ecoflow support telling them this. They eventually agreed that it is not our fault and that we should not wait while they track down a missing consignment – they promised to prioritise a new shipment of panels to us. I have emailed again a couple of days ago pointing out that we have not yet received confirmation that it has been sent, or any tracking details, receiving yet another email promising it is being prioritised, but is still ‘pending shipment’ – i.e., it has NOT been sent. It is now almost a month since my order and the panels are not on the way to us.
It is such a shame, as they are launching a new series of products soon, and we were interested in buying one of the products. Now we will have a re-think – plug and play solar is a very competitive marketplace at the moment with lots of alternative manufacturers systems, and we will order our next products from a company that actually delivers and does not send empty promises by email (emails that look as though they might have been AI generated in any case!).

EcoFlow River 2 Pro Review and Service Response too!
My experience with EcoFlow has been very positive. The product itself is excellent — well‑built, dependable, and clearly designed with everyday practicality in mind. It’s the kind of kit you can rely on without fuss and it did exactly what it was supposed to for some time.
I had to reach out to their support team after my unit stopped charging following an unexpected power spike that tripped everything at my work. EcoFlow were consistently responsive and helpful throughout the process. They guided me through some troubleshooting and, when this didn’t solve the problem, got me to the technical team quickly. Although the remote review of my unit took a little longer than I expected, it was handled carefully and thoroughly.
What impressed me most, however, was their willingness to replace the unit despite it being outside their usual window to do so. That level of customer care goes a long way, and it left me very satisfied with the final resolution, and nearly got them a five-star review.
Thanks EcoFlow!
Absolute shambles of a company - cannot provide customer service
Absolute shambles of a company - great products, but when they go wrong, Customer Service does not have a clue. It takes them days to reply to an email, often asking again something thats already been explained. So far its taken them 3 weeks for their technical team to acknowledge a very well known problem, then they said they would repair it - but that it takes them 3 days to issue a shipping label. Its August now, I suspect it will be Christmas at this rate before I get a working unit back. Absolute shambles - avoid their products as they cannot provide any customer service whatsoever. Have emailed UK exec team - no response from them either, so they clearly know they are a shambles.
Update 13/8/26 - In response to the customer service note before - i'm surprised that 3 weeks of fighting with the most staggeringly incompetent customer service I've ever had the misfortune to deal with and taking days to reply to a single email - post a negative comment and all of a sudden they want to help? I've emailed the UK and European exec team and had no response so how the person reviewing trustpilot reviews is going to help I have no idea. Perhaps invest more time in providing the solutions at the beginning and you wouldn't have to defend your appallingly bad service and company

Hardware failure after barely one week of use
I bought the EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus for $649 for my family in Cuba. After barely a week of use, the unit stopped working properly and started showing error codes 303, 469, and 332.
I contacted technical support, followed their instructions, and sent the photos and videos of the tests they requested. After a month of communication, EcoFlow determined that the unit was probably experiencing an internal hardware failure and that it could not be resolved remotely.
For a product at this price, I expected it to be reliable for many years, not to have a hardware failure in a practically new unit. The problem is that the solution required returning the unit to the US, which is currently impossible due to the applicable restrictions and customs requirements.
After several emails, EcoFlow eventually offered a $350 compensation, but the result is that my family is still left with a defective unit that is of no use to them, and I lost half of the money on a product that was barely used for a week. After this whole process, a technician in Cuba found two unbalanced cells and abnormal readings in the battery.
A very disappointing experience for a $649 product. If you are going to use it outside the US, I recommend taking into account the difficulties that may arise in resolving a hardware failure once the unit is abroad.

I had a Delta3 that stopped working
I had a Delta3 that stopped working, Ecoflow support was quick to help out with troubleshooting, and in the end the Delta was packed and shipped of to service - Ecoflow could NOT fix the Delta, and I was re-embursed in acordance with the warranty. all in all as it should be, if any complaints - the mail correspndance could have been faster.
I bought a new Delta 3 and am a happy ecoflow user. thankyou :-)
EcoFlow power station bad warranty and reliability
I bought an EcoFlow Delta Max around 2 years ago and it had a 3 year warranty. It broke down completely so I contacted EcoFlow and to be fair their contact was prompt. However, even though it was still under warranty they offered me a partial refund of £199. I needed to package it up so it would not be damaged, so I assume they would repair it and provided a return label. When I finally managed to package it as they required and find a place to post it due to its weight, I then received the refund, which then reduced to £165. I queried this and was told that the VAT was taken out, which is not legal under UK consumer right laws as I paid VAT when I bought it. When I complained they stopped all contact with me. Citizens advice say as it’s an international company and not a UK company they can’t do anything. So all I can say is beware of this company as the warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on and the power station does not last long.

I love this brand. I have Delta pros and river 3, and these are great products.
Ecoflow Delta 3 Plus
I've bought the Ecoflow Delta 3 Plus to power a Wave 3 Air Conditioner. After a couple of days is showed an error and stopped charging from the grid. I've contacted customer service and they offered to fix the problem, sending me a delivery ticket. My only complaint is that replying to my emails took too much time. Otherwise, the repair and return were fast and resolved the problem. Now I use the Delta for a lot of stuff like powering my camper van, using power tools and charging phones and laptops when off grid. It works pretty fine.

I recently purchased a Delta 3 Max Plus. It’s a fantastic unit. It was recommended to me by other users. I had a few questions regarding the installation with the alternator device. All questions were answered and help was provided by the Customer Support Team. I’m now thinking of other EcoFlow devices I can use at home.👍👍
My ecoflow river 2 pro went down
My ecoflow river 2 pro went down. I opened a ticket and support offered be to send it back at their own expense. After a couple of days, my station was back and repared.
I will consider this good support experience for my next battery aquisition.
