Eco Flow delivery rip off
I bought an Eco flow delta 3 with solar panel and paid £540 on the 21/9/26. I read reviews that said delivery was slow so left it to the 6/10/26 to inquire where my order was. I was told the next day my order was still being processed. On the 10/10/26 I was informed that they where unable to to deliver to my address in the UK and a refund would be issued in 5-7 business days. A few days later later I got another email saying my refund had now been approved and again it would be 5-7 business days before I would get my money back. Very poor customer service. They would of known when they took my order they wouldn’t deliver but took my cash anyway and kept it for over 3 weeks. It was a rip off. Don’t order from this company.

ECOFLOP MAX
*UPDATE*
After receiving an automated apology from ECOFLOW, I am providing a second review of my experience with the company.
Rising energy costs have increased the prominence of companies like ECOFLOW. If you are considering alternative energy solutions to reduce expenses or go off-grid, I recommend carefully evaluating ECOFLOW. In my experience, the company does not prioritise customer service, which is a critical factor when choosing a brand.
There are many good reviews on Trustpilot about the potential value of ECOFLOW products, but before you make a decision, it’s more important to read the bad reviews.
As a customer of ECOFLOW, I too was fascinated by this brand and read all the rave reviews, and then I bought into it. The technology is great, but understand that once there is a problem, there is no support. This is a risk to take after spending thousands on this brand. My experience included 1/ Bait Advertising, 2/Misleading sales practices, 3/ An Ignorance of Consumer Rights Act, 4/ Delaying the 30-day policy for your right to return the goods, 5/ A breach of contract and an infringement of your statutory rights, 6/ Being left out of pocket by this retailer for a fault charged to return goods, 7/ Apologies from a Bot.
Please think twice before buying into this brand.

My EcoFlow Delta Pro broke down after 7…
My EcoFlow Delta Pro broke down after 7 months of use. EcoFlow was unable to repair it, and after 2 months of back-and-forth with customer service, I received a partial refund, prorated based on the purchase date and the warranty period.
The additional battery, purchased at the end of April 2026, was not refunded because it was bought through a reseller.
I’m left to figure out how to sell it to someone else, which will inevitably result in a significant financial loss for me.
Subsequently, on September 9th, I ordered a Stream 5000 through an "early bird" offer. The product still hasn't been delivered, and no timeline has been provided. The timeframes announced by EcoFlow during their various promotional offers are nothing but lies.
——————————————————
EDIT:
Honestly , I no longer expect anything from you.
I have resold the additional battery for 600 euros (purchased for 1,700 euros at the end of April 2026).
I will wait another 10 days to see if the Stream 5000 is delivered; if not, I demand a full refund of my order within 24 hours and I will move on to something else: Anker Solix Solarbank 4 pro: headquarters is still in Shenzhen China of course but at least this product is available for immediate delivery!

The customer service has to be the…
The customer service has to be the worst I've ever experienced. Ordered an AC Pro in June £719, this was then lost in delivery 5th August. Ecoflow are making me make an insurance claim that I paid for when ordering. The insurance will not pay out without a cover note from DPD. I've explained to ecoflow that DPD will not give me this as I am not their customer I am just the delivery address. Two and a half months of delaying emails and absolute woffel. I've attempted the claim three times all ending the same. They still have not got a cover note for me and the email today said try the claim again. I've now contacted my card provider.
I've added my cas number not because I think it will get me anything more than emails full of delays and BS. I've added it to ensure this post stays up to advice others buying ecoflow products.
The kit itself is pretty good I've got a fair bit now, but the customer service is another level of terrible.
My advice for buying is never buy direct of their website,do not take the shipping insurance and use a credit card to pay.

Poor customer service
After owning my Delta 2 for just under 2 years, the unit failed due to a faulty battery cell, so I contacted customer service to inform them of the issue, I get the feeling that their customer is either AI generated or they just can’t think for themselves, the process is so painful, email after email, it actually takes 2 days for them to generate a returns label to send the unit back to them, 4 days if you include the weekend, how is that even possible??
And then after they receive it, it joins a queue to be inspected and repaired.
We’re now on day 14 and I still don’t have the unit back, it has been despatched, and I can see by the tracking it was collected from Leicester, sent up to Newcastle, and then back down to Tamworth, bearing in mind I’m in West Yorkshire.
So I have no idea where it is or when I’ll get it back, should‘be been delivered today between 08:50 and 12:50, no sign of it, took time off work to ensure I’d be there for delivery as well.
Email sent to customer service and it looks like they gave up on me.
Think before you buy people, this is not a good good company to deal with!!!
UPDATE
Delivery was scheduled for Friday 16/10, I stayed in all day and nobody showed up, FEDEX do not offer collection from drop off points as many other carriers do, so I’m now in an impossible situation where if I’m at home they fail to deliver, if I’m not at home, they still fail to deliver, they have now asked me to stay at home all day on Monday to receive the package, so they want to take more time off for non delivery!!!
SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE GUYS, this company is nothing short of a circus!!!

Worst Customer Service Experience in 40 years
I considered myself a good customer. I bought £2.5k of Stream equipment, I made two referrals, I pointed R&D towards fixing a solar forecast app error, I was ever present on the forum answering technical queires, I even started a you-tube channel promoting ecoflow.
Then they lied, misled and treated me like sh*t. The tale is long, I will try and summarise below.
I was one of the early August adopters of the Stream 5000 promotion. I noticed early September that the website changed delivery to late October, so I asked about my early August order. On 11 september I was told in an email that if I paid in full on 15 Sep, I would receive my 5000 between 16-26 Sep. Fantastic. I paid to get my 8 roof panels re-wired into parallel in prpearation for the delivery.
A few days after paying, I asked when I can expect the delivery, this was just six days after being told a couple of weeks, I was told November. WTF. I had just paid to convert all my panels. To apologise for their behaviour and "to make things right" they offered me a 20,000mAh powerbank. I accepted. Then it was out of stock and would I like a camping mug instead. No I would not. Then it was, they didnt really mean a 20,000mAh power bank but a 5k powerbank. Then the 5k is out of stock. I note there is loads of stock available on the website. Oh, that's sales stock its a different stock, but we have been told that the customer service stock is due. Ok, send me one when they are back in stock.
I bought another ecoflow product the River 3 Max Plus.
Two weeks later I thought I'd ask for an update on the gift. I was now told that I didnt get back to them about the camping mug and would I like one?. WTF. Please just honour what you have said.
Last comment from Ecoflow, "I can see that this is important to you", the thing is, it should be important to ecoflow, not to me.
I can really see how much ecoflow value my custom. If you havn't spent your money = valued, large marketting budget, make promises. If you have spent your money, poor customer care investment and p*ss off.

Sold stock they don’t have and can’t eventually get.
Ordered a River 3 Pro Wireless and 300Ah battery on 20th September. River Pro delivered without battery on the 29th. I had to contact them to find out that it was a part-delivery and that the battery was on back order.
They then contacted me a fortnight later saying that they would not be restocking the battery and would I like a camping cup “to express their apologies”? No mention of whether I could return the River 3, or get a partial refund or some other option. They finally said that my only option was to keep the River Pro, get a partial refund, and get a camping cup.
I haven’t yet decided whether to keep the unit or tell them I am returning it as on its own it patently does not serve the same purpose as the combined unit I purchased and probably violates consumer legislation—i.e. product not as described. Either way, I am seriously unimpressed with them and their pathetic attempts at remediation. I certainly won’t be buying any more of their products.

Disappointing after-sales experience – hoping for a fair resolution
I am disappointed with how my case with EcoFlow has developed, as I honestly expected a smoother and more straightforward resolution.
On 29 September 2026, my EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max Plus suddenly started producing smoke and unusual noises. I immediately switched it off. As I have a wife and small children at home, I was concerned about the potential safety risk and arranged for professional removal of the unit because I no longer felt comfortable keeping it in the house.
I contacted EcoFlow, explained what had happened and provided the supporting documentation available to me. EcoFlow also checked my invoice and confirmed that everything was in order. This was documented in our email correspondence. I was then offered a replacement and asked to provide my shipping details, so I was hopeful that the matter would soon be resolved.
Unfortunately, the process later became more complicated. My case was referred to the Legal & Risk Management team, and I was asked to provide a written declaration confirming the authenticity of all submitted photos, videos and written materials, accepting full legal responsibility for them. The email also mentioned the possibility of legal action if any forgery or false representation was found.
I understand that EcoFlow may have internal procedures and that certain details might need further verification. However, after providing the requested information and receiving confirmation that my invoice had been checked, I was surprised by this additional requirement and the wording of the legal warning.
My intention has always been to resolve the situation fairly and cooperatively. Given the nature of the incident and the fact that a replacement had already been offered, I had hoped the process could move forward without further complications.
I appreciate the support team's communication and hope we can find a straightforward solution based on the documentation already provided. I would be grateful if EcoFlow could clarify the remaining steps and confirm a fair solution for me.
Overall, this experience has been disappointing, particularly because the original issue raised genuine safety concerns for my family. I hope EcoFlow will take my concerns into account and help bring this matter to a fair and positive conclusion.
Update: Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter amicably and my requests for a clear explanation, EcoFlow Customer Support continued to insist on a legal declaration without clearly explaining the alleged inconsistencies in my documents. Unfortunately, I still have no confirmed resolution.

Replacement wave3 defective
I bought a wave2 portable air conditioner from ecoflow in 2024. The unit stopped charging through the ac plug. After many emails, they finally sent me a shipping label to mail defective unit back. It took awhile to get another unit because they had no wave2 available. They offered me a wave3 portable air conditioner as a replacement which is great because it's the newer model. They said that they would send me a tested refurbished unit.
The day I received the unit, I plugged it in to make sure it was working correctly.
That same day, I started getting temperature sensor fault. I followed their troubleshooting steps but the temperature sensor fault continued to appear. I emailed ecoflow and told them that they had sent me a defective unit as a replacement. Now they tell me that they will have to get their techs to check it to make sure it's not user error. Can u believe this company? They sent me a defective unit and now they have to check it now like maybe it's my fault. I have sent so many emails that I lost count. All I want is for ecoflow to acknowledge that they sent me a defective unit and to send me a working unit. Is that too much to ask? I took screenshots of the faults the wave3 was giving me from their own system. Its obvious and yet they continue to play games. This is why i won't buy their flagship equipment because if they can't even honor and fix something so simple as an exchange for a working unit, imagine their flagship equipment.
I have their delta max equipment which works great. I am not saying that their equipment is not good, what I am saying is that their customer service needs improvement and their refurbished equipment needs to be tested before sending out to customer. I am here now because I received a defective refurbished equipment.
Hopefully they will do the right thing.

27th august this year (after the regs on uk domestic solar panel installation changed) I ordered an 800w/inverter kit with panels. Unfortunately the website doesn't tell you that you need one bracket per solar panel. A call to customer services was a waste of time and I had to order another in a long winded process.
The kit turned up in dribs and drabs - piecemeal. A bracket...followed by a lead (which was designed for the consumer unit - not a 240v 3 pin plug). Then the inverter and a few days later the panels turned up. I have nearly 30 emails to and from Ecoflow telling me that they will talk to their tech team about the inverter to 240v cable. But, to date (apart from a free travel mug) I've managed to get nowhere with these idiots. There isn't any paperwork or advice on contacting your DNO and you're pretty much left in the dark apart from a couple of instruction leaflets for the bracket and inverter. To cap it all, they emailed me today to say that their 240v uk valid cables will be available in November - don't know which november though. Or I could take everything apart and they would start a return and refund.
Be very careful with these idiots dealing direct. There products may be fine from a retailer but Ecoflow.com is (pick a word!) rubbish.
14/10/2926 about 1630 wednesday
Ecoflow (ecoslow?) responded to my review with a pithy response - that they would call me on wednesday (today) as the wife and I were away for a long weekend. So, I waited until half past 3 and emailed them to remind them of the call. And yet again , all I got was the generic reply '..Thank you for contacting the EcoFlow Customer Service Center regarding this matter.
We have received your feedback and are treating your issue with great importance; your case has been forwarded to the relevant department for verification. We expect to contact you again within 1 to 3 business days to provide an update. Additionally, please confirm the best phone number for us to reach you.'
They got my money and I'm still waiting for a cable that should take half an hour to make. Like buying a car and waiting for the wheels...

I’ve been really happy with my EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus so far. It’s very easy to use, and I especially like the number of ports available, including the two fast-charging USB-C ports.
I also bought the EcoFlow car charger, which has been a great addition. It makes it easy to top up the DELTA 3 Plus while driving, especially on longer trips, and makes the whole setup much more useful when travelling.
The EcoFlow app is also nicely designed and has some useful features, but I really like that the DELTA 3 Plus doesn’t depend on the app to work properly. The energy price feature looks particularly interesting, although I haven’t had a chance to try it yet.
I’ve also had a very good experience with EcoFlow support. They’ve been friendly, helpful, and have responded pretty quickly whenever I’ve contacted them.
Overall, I’d give the experience around 4.5/5. Very happy with both the EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus, the car charger, and the support so far.

everything is just OK from the products…
everything is just OK from the products to the customer service. i understand that sometimes you get a citrus, but with ecoflow it seems to happen often.
personally i had to warranty 3 different power station from them. then 2 replacement that i got brand new hit 80% of their capacity after a year. i have another 8power station from ecoflow and more than half have problems. anything from the BMS discharging/charging yoyo-like all the time while plugged to the wall to expension batteries draining like crazy. most of the problems can be fixed in software... they just dont care. seeing other people experience i am lucky. the most common problem are BMS failure (electronics). most of their big power station are using hundreds of small cylindrical cells, its a joke at this point.
about the battery capacity. warranty only apply on power station that measure lower than 80%. so if yours get to 81% after just a year you dont get a warranty claim.
their best power station is the River 3 (256wh). its got GaN components, the idle drain is very low and its half the size of other stations of the same size. i just wish they made their whole line like this.

Customer service is incredibly patchy, generally have to deal with 2 or 3 different people before you get an answer to your questions. Lifes too short to have to continually chase poor customer service.

Excellent products undermined by disappointing customer service
I already own an EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max Plus with an extra battery and planned to continue building my home backup system around EcoFlow products.
This wasn't an impulse purchase. I'd spent considerable time researching a home resilience system, and EcoFlow fitted that plan well. LiFePO4 batteries, fast charging, UPS functionality, solar charging, app monitoring and expandability were all part of my decision.
I then ordered two RIVER 3 Max Plus units. The order was confirmed and showed as being prepared for shipment.
It wasn't.
I only discovered the units were out of stock because I contacted EcoFlow to chase the order. EcoFlow had not proactively informed me there was a problem, and my account still showed the order as being prepared for shipment.
I was told my request for an alternative replacement would be escalated and that I would receive an email update within two business days. EcoFlow later said that email had been sent, but I never received it. I had to chase them again, only to discover that my proposed replacement had already been declined.
A replacement was eventually agreed and EcoFlow supplied two RIVER 3 Max Plus Wireless units at no additional cost.
To be fair, they arrived well packaged and the hardware appears very good. EcoFlow presented the Wireless version as a "free upgrade", but for my intended use the core power-station capability is largely unchanged. The main difference is the detachable wireless power bank, which is useful but not a significant enhancement to the backup-power role I bought the units for.
Even after I raised a formal complaint about poor communication, the same pattern continued. I received no replacement-order confirmation, and my account still showed the original out-of-stock units rather than the agreed replacements. I first became aware something had been dispatched when DPD notified me. Only then, after checking my EcoFlow account, did I see the order status had changed to "On its way" while still showing the original products. EcoFlow's own dispatch notification arrived later.
EcoFlow had also asked me to provide an alternative email address as a backup contact, which I did.
The initial complaint response felt impersonal and included an offer of a camping mug as a goodwill gesture. Several responses were addressed simply as "Dear Customer", despite EcoFlow having my name, order details and an active complaint case.
EcoFlow later acknowledged that the order had not been fulfilled in a timely manner, that I only became aware of the stock issue after chasing them, and apologised for the wasted time.
EcoFlow then offered either an 8% discount on a future purchase or a 2% refund. When I asked about the discount, it came with restrictions that potentially reduced its value. Around the same time, I noticed EcoFlow publicly promoting an 8% discount code on its Facebook page. The offers may not have had identical terms, but seeing the same headline discount advertised publicly made the goodwill gesture feel less meaningful.
I chose the 2% refund. EcoFlow has confirmed that the refund has been submitted, although I have not yet received it.
The issue isn't that an item went out of stock. That can happen. The issue is that EcoFlow accepted the order, did not proactively notify me of the stock problem, and repeatedly left me having to chase for updates.
I genuinely like the products and technology, which is what makes this so frustrating. However, this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in the company behind them.
If I were starting again today, I would compare not only capacity, output and price, but also UK after-sales support and warranty handling.
In short, EcoFlow makes impressive products, but my experience of its customer service means I would think very carefully before committing further money to the wider EcoFlow ecosystem.

Great product, friendly staff, but poor service.
Over all I am disappointed with the service provided, however, the customer service staff were very polite and apologetic. Judy, who I spoke to the most, was particularly kind and helpful. I had to return a faulty delta pro that was still under warranty. It was a very lengthy process to first prove that my device needed to sent back for repair or replacement. It took a long time for my device to be looked at by the technical team who eventually decided it was not repairable. I was told there weren't any delta pros in stock so they couldn't replace the unit, instead Initially I was offered a partial refund which was around 50% of what I originally paid. I was very disappointed with this offer and contested it but was told that was all they were willing to give me. Just before I gave up and accepted I was then told they had miscalculated the refund and in the end I got around 80% back which I was happier with however my only option then was to replace the unit with a more expensive delta pro 3 that I couldn't afford. Shortly after all of this I noticed a refurbished delta pro came on the market, leading me to suspect they did in fact repair my old unit and sell it on, or they had one in stock after all.
I also had issues in the past with ecoflow sending the wrong charging cable for the delta pro. When I complained they promptly sent a new cable, however it was the wrong one again. This happened seven times!
The ecoflow products are excellent, the staff are friendly and polite but the service in my experience is poor.

Horrible Service
I bought a new Ecoflow River 2 Pro from their direct Ecoflow direct store. Instead, they sent me a used refurbished unit that kept draining 5% daily (when a LFP battery should have almost no draining). I returned it to them. They had agreed that it was faulty and would send me a new replacement. After 8 emails to them, I am still waiting for my device so i called them to speak with a supervisor and they said they are all busy. This company has really poor response systems and does not treat customers well. After spending $400-500, i asked them to send me a replacement or refund me. A month later, I don't have anything.

I had a 12v port not working on my Delta 2 eco flow, contacted the company who organised a return slip. Contacted a week later to find out how repair was proceeding told there was a delay and they would send out a refurbed replacement, told them I was happy to keep the refurbed unit which arrived nxt day.
Smooth and fast Delta 2 under warranty repair (Europe)
I have just had the smoothest and fastest under warranty repair with Ecoflow-europe customer service.
Last month, my 4 year old Delta 2 stopped accepting Solar or Car charge via the XT-60 port. I contacted customer service that responded promptly and asked for a video showing the exact problem. They responded positively in the next 24h and asked me to send the device via dpd. The repaired device was returned to me only four days after sending it. During all that time I was being informed on what was happening and what the next step was.
This whole first experience with Ecoflow's customer service was impeccable and well deserved the 5 stars rating.
