Cheri-Ann from Team 15M was amazing

Cheri-Ann from Team 15M was amazing. Kind, thoughtful and totally, totally customer focused. I’ve tried to change the customer name on my account twice before, but met with a brick wall: Cheri-Ann changed the account name in seconds. Bravo! And then, Cheri-Ann went on to solve my other problem with ease. Thank you Cheri-Ann.

EDF were so very helpfull nothing was…

EDF were so very helpfull nothing was to much trouble very kind and tried everything to help me and finally a lovely lady called Caroline was always asking me if l needed any more help , she was so kind, patient and very knowledgable to my problemm , with her help l finnally got what l needed

Different information

I was told my account is on hold for three months because I am waiting for a repayment plan. I received a threatening letter wanting the full amount due or further actions will begin. Why don't your staff converse
instead of sending out horrible letters
