Team member Tariq was a great help today! I went to go cancel my subscription but he had given me an offer i wouldve been silly to refuse!! He was very helpful, explained everything to me and was very kind. If only all agents could be as helpful as him, things would be so much easier!! He came up with a solution that worked for both me and e-dreams, i couldnt be happier. I would highly recommend this service.

I am on holidays at the moment and just spent this precious time since yesterday trying to contact them as a PRIME VIP, finally got through today and nothing is as it was promised.
I wish I had never done this membership. Just lost money.
Today I asked for my membership money back. They won’t refund me because has been 15 days today. Although I have been trying contact them yesterday and couldn’t talk to any human or cancel in the app. I wonder why, right?

Very inconsistent
Very inconsistent, the website information and the agents doesn't correspond. The feedback says you will receive a call within 24hrs which doesn't come, and when you finally follow up after 24hrs then the agent will tell you to wait 72 more hours.
Even the agents themselves they will give you different information regarding the same booking.
I got an email asking me o pay R106 if I want to change my booking date since I had paid flex, but when I finally called to confirm the change I was then told that I was suppose to pay £100, when the ticket itself was way below £90.
