I have been with Eset for more years than I can remember. I've previously run the Ultimate version. However, I was staggered by the cost of renewing, so I've downgraded to Premium version. Eset does everything I need to do ....in the background - brilliant! I know it would never happen, but it would be nice, as a seasoned user, if the renewal cost received a discount for those of us who have used you for many years, instead of it always going up in price.
