Esnan Dental Clinics Reviews 

It has been a month since my dental procedure (28 crowns), and I feel great. I want to thank the team at Esnan Clinic in Vadi Istanbul for their exceptional service and in particular Dr. Caner, he treated me like family. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking professional dental care.

After having my implants in September 2025 I went back in January 2026 for the fitting. Being very pleased with my experience and teeth up until January I refrained from leaving a review as I believe it’s best to leave a review months down the line incase something goes wrong which is when you can judge their aftercare. Well 6 months later after gum shrinkage I’m now in discomfort every time I eat due to the gap between my prosthesis and gum, you can even see one of my implants protruding from my gum in this gap. After contacting the agent I liaised with for Esnan he asked them if there was something they could do but their reply was not at all customer care focused as all they told him to tell me is the best way to clean my teeth and water floss every time I eat. This obviously proves aftercare has no place at Esnan as they obviously have no concept of customer satisfaction if something goes wrong over such a short period of time. My advice is do not leave a review until at least 6 months after your treatment has finished as if things goes wrong you can base your review on your experience rather than just being happy with a set of new shiny teeth. I expected better from you Esnan and you should listen to the customer more as our experience doesn’t end the day we leave your clinic. My name is Neil Churchill from the UK

This is a very low-quality clinic. They seem to focus mainly on promoting themselves on Instagram, and it feels like they pay for publicity because the actual service and quality of treatment are extremely poor.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Even after paying around $15,000, I was left with unfinished and problematic dental work. Communication is virtually nonexistent. They do not respond properly to concerns or take responsibility for resolving issues.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone.

I cannot recommend **Esnan Dental Hospital – Topkapi Branch, Istanbul** highly enough.

From the very first moment I made contact, the level of service was exceptional. My Patient Support Specialist spoke excellent English and was professional, empathetic, patient, and incredibly thorough. Every question I had was answered promptly, and the entire process—from submitting my documentation before travelling to arriving in Turkey—was seamless and well organised.

What impressed me most was the outstanding customer experience. The team stayed in regular contact with me before and throughout my stay, making sure I always knew what to expect. They also arranged discounted accommodation through their partner hotel, which made the trip even more convenient and affordable. The support didn't stop once I arrived—they were available in real time whenever I needed assistance.

I had been struggling with a very painful dental issue in the UK, but unfortunately I couldn't get it resolved. From my initial conversations with Esnan, they gave me complete confidence that they could help, and they absolutely delivered. Within just two to three days, the problem that had caused me so much pain was successfully treated. I returned home relieved, happy, and genuinely impressed with the quality of care I received.

The dentists and the entire team were highly skilled, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole experience. They clearly take great pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction.

Thank you to everyone at Esnan Dental Hospital, Topkapi Branch, for making what could have been a stressful experience so positive. I would happily recommend you to anyone considering dental treatment in Turkey, and I look forward to returning for my implant treatment.

My experience with Esnan dental clinic exceeded expectations. From the first online contact to the final ride to the airport. Everything was well organized and punctual and most importantly the dental care was top notch. I had several crowns, 4 root canals, one tooth extraction and 3 implants put in. It was all done under local anesthesia and my discomfort was very minor. I will be returning in 3 to 4 months to have the final 3 zirconium crowns put in. Everything was well organized from airport and hotel pickups & drop offs to dental appointments. The facilities were immaculate and the staff friendly & helpful. It couldn't have gone any smoother.

Lastly, my wife accompanied me on this trip and we had plenty of time to see the sights in Istanbul. I would definitely recommend Esnan Dental Clinic and Istanbul to friends & family. By the way, all of our treatments took place at the Skyland facility.

Very nice staff and good service all around. The doctor was a bit rough with the local anethesia shots during the surgery, but i guess thats kinda normal for dentist work. 9.5/10

My experience with Esnan Dental Clinic (Skyland) was a great experience from the very start when I connected with the coordinator by the name of Saadia Samia, who was very attentive throughout my dental journey with the clinic, and the staff, including the diagnosis specialist Dr. Mehmet Celebi, the Surgeon Dr. Orhan Gecor, and the Prosthodontist Dr. Furkan Kacal, who all was very professional in their approach to my case of all-on-four procedure.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. I would also like to mention the staff who take good care of you from the very moment you enter the clinic until you leave with a bright new smile.

The customer service is very good and polite. I was met by your attendant and escorted inside to a very nice dentist and a clean environment.

There is also space to use your laptop in the much-appreciated room with coffee or iced tea.

I highly recommend using this dentist. I give 7 stars; this is much better than my own dentist. I also liked that no clamps were used in the mouth, whereas my current dentist uses clamps way too much, but this dentist doesn't, and that is very good.

I had a very positive experience at Esnan Dental Clinics – Skyland. This review refers to the first stage of my treatment: the X-ray, sinus lift, implants, and temporary dental work.

So far, the services have been impeccable and everything has gone very smoothly. The clinic is truly impressive — modern, extremely well organized, and equipped to such a high standard that it feels like stepping into a place from the future.

The medical team was professional, attentive, and gave me confidence throughout the entire process. I felt well informed and in safe hands, which is very important during this type of treatment.

There were a few minor issues in the communication with our consultant regarding the documents that needed to be signed before the procedure, but nothing worrying and nothing that affected the overall experience.

Overall, for this first stage, I highly recommend Esnan Dental Clinics – Skyland for their professionalism, quality of service, and very high clinical standards.

I will return with a complete review after the second stage and once the final dental work is completed.

What I disliked most about Esnan Dental Clinic was that when you arrive for treatment, the price they had previously agreed upon suddenly doubles. They claim that the original quote was a mistake, and if you do not agree to pay the higher amount, they offer you a lower-budget treatment option instead.

For example, although the treatment plan and the quoted price included a new abutment, they did not place a new one and instead reused the same abutment that had already been used with the previous bridge. Even though the amount allocated for the abutment was included in the treatment plan, they did not refund that money after admitting that they had made a mistake.

I also felt that they were not sufficiently focused on achieving the best aesthetic result and often looked for the simplest or minimal solution rather than the most appropriate one.

Very good experience with esnan clinic, staff was excellent, but first day we had to wait very long time for 5-6 hrs.

Making Esnan my choice of clinic was the best decision I've made in my dental journey and the staff was the best in the world. Esnan make it so easy and provide a level of comfort for their patients which makes visiting the clinic so comfortable. Esnan is the only clinic to choose when its comes to making decisions for a beautiful smile.
