Esnan takes very good care about patients from very start. Acommodation in good hotel, transfer from airport and daily to dentist. Also good quality of treatments and this all is very well priced.

Doctors were good. Service was also good overall however inconsistent with people you dealt. If you are with Nuran and Amina you are in the best hands. Lovely ladies very helpful and guiding you through the whole system

My mother and I traveled from the USA with the guarantee that the procedures we needed to have done would be possible but when we arrived at the clinic, I was informed that it was not possible to do the procedure and I traveled across the world to have my teeth cleaned. The communication between different people at the clinic was very poor and no one seemed to know what they were doing. The facility is very impressive but it seems like that is of higher concern than providing quality care. I would not recommend esnan and neither will I return in the future. Do your research before making the same mistake I did.

My name is Veronica, I am from Romania, and together with my Jolly-Bichon malltesse, I returned to the Esnan Clinic for the second stage of dental procedures. As on the first visit, in the Esnan Dental Clinic – Skyland you feel treated like a star, the atmosphere is luxurious, the waiting room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, the reception staff and the guys at the bar are kind, friendly, helpful with everything you need and treat each patient with the highest respect. To the entire staff at Esnana, a thousand thanks.
But what really matters for a patient, are the doctors and nurses who work for you and at the Esnan Clinic you will find the best and wonderful doctors, high professionalism and state-of-the-art equipment.
To achieve my beautiful smile now, dentist Dr. Baran Güneş and his assistant Aycaa worked with professionalism and patience. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for the kindness, empathy and understanding they showed, I thank them from the bottom of my heart for regaining my confidence in myself by displaying a perfect smile with beautiful teeth.
I thank the doctor for allowing my bichon - Jolly to stay with me, she being very attached to me was very good and happy.
I would like to thank Semra from the bottom of my heart, who was with me from the beginning, who communicated all the appointments to me, and who answered all my questions with professionalism, kindness, empathy.
I would like to receive, at the end of the work, in addition to the 5-year warranty certificate that mentions the cases in which the warranty does not apply or will be invalid, some kind of certificate that mentions all the staged works and the materials used that were done to me. If possible - I would really like to receive - (PROFESSIONAL DEFECT) this spreader.

I had my teeth fitted in January and 2 months ago in July I let Esnan know that there had been a gap that had developed under my bottom teeth and there is also an implant exposed you can actually see in the gap. Needless to say this is really uncomfortable and is impacting my daily life, something I expressed to them in July when they told me they would in their own words discuss this with their team and contact me directly to work out the best way forward. Initially in July they said I just need to clean the gap after every time I eat which is just not practical. Well it is now September and I’ve heard nothing from them so customer service post treatment is just not something they want to entertain but no doubt their reply to this review we will see an excuse as to why they haven’t contacted me so we’ll see what that is. I have been to 2 different dentists in Turkey over the past 4 years and neither of them offer any customer satisfaction after treatment when things go wrong.

Absolutely outstanding experience. I did my due diligence and sent xrays and photos to 5 different dentists. Esnan were the only one that arranged a zoom call with a dental surgeon who went into detail about what would be best for me and answered all my questions. The thing to remember is Esnan is an accredited dental hospital with 5 locations, they are not simply a "clinic" with 85 dentists and a full scale facility (i was at the Skyland location) they have everything on hand and are prepared for anything. The location itself is breathtaking, state of the art. I had read that Esnan was the highest volume clinic in Turkey so I expected a very busy office, quite the opposite, everything was punctional I was never rushed, I had the same dental surgeon throughout, but also met the designers and the asthetics. My plan was as expected, the only surprise was getting a $700 cash refund as I didn't need root canals!. The hotel was excellent and very close, the location itself is in a high end area of Istanbul with great shopping, restaurants and the metro. My teeth are perfect, zero pain or sensitivity. I know choosing a dentist is overwhelming and its a huge decision, please know Esnan are on a whole different level compared to the smaller clinics, they are the only place with double accreditations. Highly recommend, I will be going back with my husband.

From the beginning to the end, I received conflicting procedure recommendations. The clinic was extremely disorganized, communication was poor, and wait times were very long. I would never recommend this clinic and wish that I had never come to Istanbul for dental care!

After discovering that dental implant treatment in Canada and the United States would cost more than US$50,000, I began researching high-quality and affordable alternatives abroad. My search led me to Esnan (Skyland) Dental in Istanbul, Turkey, and it proved to be one of the best healthcare decisions I have ever made.

From my very first interactions with the team through to my treatment experience, the professionalism, organization, and quality of care were exceptional. The clinic arranged accommodations, transportation, and interpreter services, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.

Upon my first visit on July 20, 2026, the treatment was extensive, involving multiple extractions and the placement of 12 dental implants. The dentists, surgeons, assistants, and support staff were knowledgeable, compassionate, and highly skilled. The clinic's advanced technology, collaborative approach among specialists, and commitment to patient care gave me complete confidence throughout the process. I am looking forward to my final visit in November 2026, to received my permanents.

Most impressive was the value. The total cost—including treatment, accommodations, and travel—was a fraction of the cost quoted in North America.

It has been a month since my dental procedure (28 crowns), and I feel great. I want to thank the team at Esnan Clinic in Vadi Istanbul for their exceptional service and in particular Dr. Caner, he treated me like family. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking professional dental care.

After having my implants in September 2025 I went back in January 2026 for the fitting. Being very pleased with my experience and teeth up until January I refrained from leaving a review as I believe it’s best to leave a review months down the line incase something goes wrong which is when you can judge their aftercare. Well 6 months later after gum shrinkage I’m now in discomfort every time I eat due to the gap between my prosthesis and gum, you can even see one of my implants protruding from my gum in this gap. After contacting the agent I liaised with for Esnan he asked them if there was something they could do but their reply was not at all customer care focused as all they told him to tell me is the best way to clean my teeth and water floss every time I eat. This obviously proves aftercare has no place at Esnan as they obviously have no concept of customer satisfaction if something goes wrong over such a short period of time. My advice is do not leave a review until at least 6 months after your treatment has finished as if things goes wrong you can base your review on your experience rather than just being happy with a set of new shiny teeth. I expected better from you Esnan and you should listen to the customer more as our experience doesn’t end the day we leave your clinic. My name is Neil Churchill from the UK

This is a very low-quality clinic. They seem to focus mainly on promoting themselves on Instagram, and it feels like they pay for publicity because the actual service and quality of treatment are extremely poor.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Even after paying around $15,000, I was left with unfinished and problematic dental work. Communication is virtually nonexistent. They do not respond properly to concerns or take responsibility for resolving issues.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone.
