Scam avoid worst ever

I really enjoyed Exhale's coffee - the taste was great.

However, they do not have adequate quality control and can't seem to roast their coffee. I received x 2 severely under roasted bags which damaged my machine's grinder, including one that had a bean still in its cherry that got stuck in the grinder.

I ordered a bag, enjoyed it, and decided to subscribe. The first bag that I got had an older roast date. I want freshly roasted coffee and at the time they were claiming to roast all their coffee and ship the same week. I wrote to their customer service about this and was impressed that they immediately sent out a new bag - this was the first one that was under roasted and that damaged my machine.

I sent them a photo as I wanted to let them know that they might want to check their roasting process and their response was to send another bag (not what I was looking for). The bag was even less roasted than the one prior and had to be thrown away.

There are no health benefits if coffee is under roasted. It will damage your machine's grinder.

It's a shame because I really enjoyed the taste, but this is just far too basic and consistent an issue. I really wanted to support them and their ethos but this really does seem like marketing without any commitment to quality.

This coffee is truly lovely! It's robust without being bossy, and has a proper taste! There's no bitterness involved, and I really can't see me going elsewhere!

It's also inexpensive enough to use as an everyday drink, but the only disadvantage I can think of, is visiting other places where Exhale isn't served! :-O

The subscription means you won't run out of coffee!

Quality coffee that you can taste the difference compared to products with unhealthy additives. Looking for clean products from start to finish and exhale delivers! Customer service and ease of orders is excellent! Recommending to all my friends and family who love coffee and are looking for clean choices for our bodies and the environment!

Coffee was ok but we enjoyed our current coffee brand more.

Have tried the decaf ground coffee in the past and love the smell and taste. Also customer service is exceptional, I accidentally ordered the wrong coffee and sent an email requesting to update the order and to my surprise they reached the email before the order was despatched and changed without cancellation. Saved me so much hassle. Thank you Exhale!!

Great service and great stuff

We absolutely love this coffee and although it is slightly more expensive knowing it is packed with antioxidants.
Making it routine in the morning.
Definitely recommend trying and work for the NHS you’ll get a small discount of your subscription. Knowing coffee is good for you is a bonus .

Clean tasting and no sludge at the bottom of the cup.

I’m not a big FUN of Coffee yeah. But all that changed when I had a taste of the Exhale coffee

The texture and taste of it is amazing and satisfying. The texture of it is really nice and to top it off it’s Healthy. I have this every morning.

I’ve tried a lot of coffee over the years and thought I knew quite a bit about it, but Exhale Coffee has genuinely impressed me.

The coffee itself is fantastic - smooth, rich, and without the burnt, bitter taste that so many coffees have. You can really taste the quality.

I also love that Exhale doesn’t just sell coffee - they educate people about it. Their coffee lessons and brewing guides are incredibly interesting and show how passionate they are about what they do.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. I missed one of their promotions and mentioned it to the team. Charlotte from customer service kindly honoured the offer anyway and dispatched the extra coffee the same day. That level of care is rare these days.

Amazing coffee, outstanding customer service, and a great brand. Highly recommended!
