Had a driver fitting today with Tom.

Absolutely fantastic experience, Tom gave me some good tips and got an extra 65 yards out of my drive. Very knowledgeable and showed it with good demonstrations.

I would recommend golf express for beginners and pros!

I've used Express Golf a few times for custom fitting as well as general golf gear. They have a great range and are priced extremely competitively and will price match. They can get hold of things quickly and dispatch same day.

Excellent service. Had previously had fitting at Ping, so knew pretty much what I wanted. Had to speak to the guys - super helpful and knowledgeable - and arranged delivery exactly as requested. Low environment impact packaging too. Great all round...

I recently had a putter fitting and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Josh, the staff member who looked after me, was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand my game. He explained everything clearly and helped me find a putter that felt just right. The session was thorough and professional, and I left feeling confident in my choice. Had a great experience talking to Ben at my iron fitting and found him very knowledgeable and helpful.

Had already bought new irons and wanted to get them optimised for my game. Booked a session with Tim and he was absolutely brilliant!!!! Didn’t try sell anything, just went through my bag checking set up etc. Gave me some brilliant insight into my game and pointers that I need to work on. You really must book a fitting here will improve your game no end!!! Cheers Tim … fantastic!!!!!

Great place to get club fittings done. Today I went for a driver and hybrid fitting and Jim was fantastic. Took me through everything and helped me find the perfect clubs. Would recommend Express Golf!!

Great service my club pro wanted £699 just for the Motorcaddy trolley from Express Golf i got the trolley and the unbrella the accessory fitting and it was only £616.00, Fast delivery.

Great service from Oliver, covered all aspects of my fitting explained in words that I could understand, didn't try and sell me something I wasn't happy with or suited his sales. Overall 5* service would highly recommend.
Only downside is Callaway making me wait for 4 weeks for a driver that is in stock, come on Callaway sort your service out, your letting these guys down.

Me and my pal travelled up from Rotherham for an irons fitting for myself and driver fitting for him. Spent the morning with Oliver, great guy and brilliant at what he does! Top class service and facilities. Will be visiting again sooner rather than later!

Ben, looked after me for a full bag fit. A young lad with bags of experience a great assets to your team. I needed reassurance on the driver I picked out, Tim looked after me, a busy Friday afternoon and still made time to ensure I was happy with my choice. I have had lessons with Chris, again laid back, easy going and very knowledgable. I’m a local lad, since Express have taken the shay over I think it out rivals some of the best competitors. A young team that are always happy to help. Thanks all, I’ll be sending anyone I can that needs a fitting!!

I have never been made to feel like I have to make a purchase before and it feels awful.

I attended express golf after been a recommendation from a friend, however, the service was nothing like what I was expecting. I was greeted by a pro called Jordan and he appeared to be a little pre occupied and quite arrogant to be honest. He took me to the fitting bay and we started to hit some balls. However, it did not take me long to realise that he could not really be bothered and it appeared that he was angling towards a particular club. He also hinted that he could change the shafts at no extra cost as though he was doing me a favour by waving the cost. I have since discovered that this particular brand offer different shafts free of charge. Once the fitting had finished, I felt under pressure to buy with sales strategies including:

Order now because COVID is slowing things down
The offer to knock 10% of a bag I did not need

The place has good facilities and it’s a real pity that this particular pro had to be so patronising and sale focused. Maybe people are getting desperate due to COVID but please remain professional.

I visited this fitting centre to get fitted with a driver and the actual fitting was very good with a lovely man who spent time looking at my stats.

However, when i came out of the fitting, i spoke to one of the staff and he was quite questioning as to why i may want to do something in a certain way with Klarna. Immediately i was taken back and felt very uncomfortable. I was simply asking how Klarna worked as i already had an account with them and did not want to reapply for finance as a search could damage my credit file. I asked the owner if Klarna performed a hard search and he replied no. Therefore, i applied for the credit and was refused. Since this, i have talked with Klarna and they have said that this was a hard search and this could affect my credit. Thus, the very thing happened which i was trying to avoid.

Furthermore, I was not sure which club to buy as 1 shaft suited me on one head but another head suited me on a different shaft. They did not have the combination to try as they had a shortage of stock in the fitting room. When i said i would go away to consider, the gentleman started confronting me for £40 towards the fitting as i had not bought the club on the spot. How can they pressure people like this and take £40 for a fitting when they don't have the necessary tools to complete the job.

This place has great facilitates and some great staff but the sales drive from some staff is to be highly avoided at all costs.

I have just had a 3 wood fitting with Matt. Exceptional service with great knowledge. The fitting facilities are second to none. Matt made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout. After trying a large variation 9f clubs and looking at the numbers I came away with a new cobra sz. Thank you to Matt and the guys at express golf! Would highly recommend them to anyone!!
