Feels very scammy. The quality of product is very poor and cheap. The store will not cover any shipping costs in case of a return. Upon return I had to pay over 25€ (!) for initial and return shipping, even though the website states "free shipping".

Beware, you have been warned. Order with the intent of NO return. They will refund 50% of item price, so you will always lose money on a purchase if a return is required. Complete rip off and awful customer service. They don't reply in the same language as you initiate.

Damaged sandals
I ordered a pair of sandals and when I received my order, the one sandal was damaged and used. I tried to contact them via various way. I sent them an email, I submitted the online contact form, I messaged them on instagram and WhatsApp. I sent them photos showing the faulty sandal. They completely ignored all my messages. The Customer service team does not exists. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!
