Very bad experience with this recruitment company only running for Money purpose and not supporting after paying fees and finishing course....

i just request to all those individuals who come on trustpilot and check the rating of this company please do not pay them any amount and not sign any agreement with them they offer courses which are not recognizable in job markets first they offer you to help you get a job after completion and when you finished the course they said the recruitment service is an additional service but they charge you full amount but the courses not worthy according to their fees

Just completed Account Assistant training today, I am happy to say that this course is my fantastic experience learning journey.

Exceptional resources: future connect training offers real-life documents (invoices, banks statement) examples in their practical training and those can give you an insights to actual work environment as an account Assistant.

Flexibility in your study, means you can do it in your available weekday time. Either do part time or full time are convenient as the lessons are individual task.
If you struggle with the lessons, there will always have a tutor (Mr. Sandeep) who will be happy to guide you and explain everything, but you got to be patient because sometimes he's busy with other students.

If you want to gain new skills, knowledge and confidence, this training course is highly recommended!

They will pressure you to sign up by calling you constantly. Once I was signed up, I even had a call from them saying I owed them more money when I didnt. Very unprofessional for them to contact me stating this without consulting with their accounts team first. Once the contract is done, they will continue calling you to try & get you onto another program despite me refusing many times. The program is also very misleading, you dont get any of the support previously promised. I was told to use a free trial on xero to practice the work and when that free trial was almost up they just gave me the answers just so I could get through the xero program before it expired. Very unprofessional for a program I am spending money to learn from. They never took into account my learning experience and I did not learned much at all. The program is also very outdated. The work did not take into account any of the latest AI implementations, all the work I was doing was manual and very old compared to what I work in now. They will push and push to make sure you sign up for the program and I did not recieve any of the proper support i needed. Not worth your money and i regret spending so much money for a course that I didnt gain anything from.

Training was very helpful and informative. I got good support from staff.

Did a short bookkeeping course with these people in 2024. After finishing, it became apparent they had harvested and sold my data to other ‘recruitment’ companies. I have no other link in my life to accounting and these companies call using my name and the accounting link. These are not the normal recruitment spam calls.

Two and a half years on the calls keep coming despite countless requests to stop. This company itself also calls and emails still too.

Have reported them to AAT for abuse of data and the using the AAT name to gain data to sell.

I’m confident they will know who I am from the details provided in the review. I have no desire to communicate with them further after they have spammed me for years.

I had a great experience with Future Connect Training while completing my accounting course. The course was well structured, practical and easy to follow, with a good balance between theory and real world accounting skills.
The trainers were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to explain things clearly whenever i had questions. I particularly appreciated the practical guidance and the focus on developing skills that are useful in the workplace.
Overall, i am very happy with my experience at Future Connect Training and would recommend it to anyone looking to build their accounting knowledge and improve their career prospects.

My experience with FC training is very good, at Harrow on the Hill branch, tutor Rajvi and Saba both are very Supportive and helpful in training. They are very good in knowledge in accounting and finance courses.

This company will phone you offering an opportunity then engage in predatory selling tactics on the phone onto desperate individuals, they charged a huge fee for an accounts assistance course and funnily enough they tried to overcharge me on the first day by increasing the overall course cost before I reprimanded the woman who tried to take my payment information.

Also all these consultation calls are literally so scam like they get very angry when you don’t share your screen for some reason.

I regret taking such an expensive course, it provided no real job opportunities, skills or training that employers actually want, the majority of the course materials are common sense if not something you can find on YouTube, there is nothing worth paying for.

The recruitment service is completely shit too, they will send you jobs 500 miles away/requiring years of experience/repeat jobs they already sent to make it look like they’re doing something.

This company is an absolute scam factory and I can’t wait for it to lose its government funding and shut down permanently.

Miscommitted and mis selling. Don't trust them

The digital marketing course wasn't very useful, most of the stuff you could learn online for free, some of the parts you could only complete by purchasing an application/software, which wasn't mentioned before starting the course, I didn't have a laptop so I couldn't complete the course and they didn't allow me to skip the unit I couldn't complete, meaning I couldn't complete the last unit, which also meant I wasn't eligible for the employment support. Quite scummy and almost like a scam, in my experience.

Future connect keeps to its word. The company is very efficient in quality service delivery and has an excellent response time.

Future Connect is a very good training provider. The staff are helpful, friendly, and always ready to guide students. I gained good work experience and learned practical skills that helped me in my job search. They are a good employer and provide strong support throughout the training.

I'm really happy to share my experience in Future Connect Training and Recruitment at Manchester .I did an Accounts Assistant training there and Now I placed for ' payroll business partner ' role at Warrington Borough Council. I'm really greatfull for the opportunity. Thank you future connect.

My experience training at Future Connect was positive; however, I felt they were primarily focused on financial gain and pressured me to enroll in additional courses.
1) Provide a fraudulent discount in exchange for a 50-pound deposit.
2) Ask you to do different courses like bookkeeping, assistant accounting, and then final accounts. (Will say give you more work experience, more employability.)
3) Give fake assurance of job by sending random job openings.
If you have spare cash and time, join the course.

Very disappointing experience. I felt I was given misleading expectations, communication was poor, and support was lacking when I needed it most. They pressurised me to enrol but Once I had signed up, it became difficult to get clear answers or resolve my concerns. I would advise others to do thorough research and carefully read all terms and contract before committing.

Happy to share my experience with Future connect training at Hounslow office. I have got good knowledge of accounting software, VAT return and payroll.the tutor is very supportive and helpful. They have many more courses, I will recommend everyone who wants to pursue career in accounting or finance filed.
