I could not Recommend Female Friendly Finance more! I was allocated an advisor John, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. Obtaining finance and finding the right car was not straightforward for me. John was always helpful, friendly, patient and quick to respond. Nothing was a problem for him! I’m so happy to say that we got there in the end and thanks to John I am very excited to pick up my new car on Tuesday! I am extremely grateful to FFF for everything thing they have done over the last 48 hours but especially to John. 5 star service!

Not a professional finance company not for the dealer not for the customer
This is western auto solutions. We have received an enquiry regarding one of our car. Female friendly finance called and sent us an invoice for one of their customer.
Customer had a part ex with settlement of £1660. We originally offered £2550 for the part Ex but when car arrived, car was full of oil leak and gearbox was damaged, all round scratches
We had to drop our offer to £1000. Finance agreed first then once we released the car to customer, they changed their mind and only approved £1560. Now we have to cover rest of customer finance.
Even customer was really upset with the way they operate. Customer also left her feedback on google and trust Pilot.
Bad customer service. Rude adviser.
We will be making our complaint to FCA.

Thank you for your email. So we tried to sort the situation out with you that day however what you are refraining to mention is you told the customer when she collected her car, that her part exchange had a clutch issue and you told ourselves a totally different issue which confused us and caused suspicion. The customer was unaware of anything wrong as just had the vehicle MOT'd for you therefore your valuation went from £2250 to £1000 for a C1 and reason was still unknown. You released the sale vehicle by your own choice and was offered the opportunity to unwind on that day on recorded call by BOTH the customer on site and ourselves in which you declined. With this in mind we then asked could the vehicle that had been part exchanged be inspected that day so we could identify the problem, you would not allow this as needed to understand what the issue was that warranted deducting £1550 off the price of the vehicle. The customer was so upset with you guys and NOT us because she felt the very harsh drop in valuation she was being totally mislead. Because the customer was so upset we offered yourselves to buy the vehicle back from you by a local dealer so supposedly you were NOT out of pocket but you declined and would not allow them to view the car therefore feel potentially nothing was wrong with this vehicle and you were taking advantage. You said you ordered parts and the works had started within a day in which we requested receipts which you would not supply. We feel as a company we are here to protect our customers against dealers like yourself trying to take advantage of customers especially woman by trying to push them in to a corner in order to get more money on to a deal. By not allowing a local dealer to purchase a vehicle from you that day therefore shows you were hiding a problem that was not present therefore again taking advantage trying to add on unnecessary finance to a deal putting the customer in to a vulnerable position. We will NOT be using this company again and passed this over to our fellow Brokers.

Highly recommend FFF..especially John!
I couldn’t recommend FFF enough! Especially John he has the patience of a saint, I gave him my budget and the type of car I was looking for, I’m a very picky person when it comes to my cars and John was so patient made the whole process from start to finish so easy and stress free, answering all my questions, quick response, updates on stages of my finance. I’ve got my perfect car and even under my monthly budget which is even more perfect! Will definitely recommend to family and friends and I’ll be coming back to FFF for my next finance on for my motorbike and car in future!

John was fantastic. I haven’t been the easiest client to work with as this is my first time getting finance, I had no clue what I was doing. John helped me find a car that suited me personally and my budget. I had so many questions and he helped me around the clock. He truly is an asset to the company. Poor service
Added a search to my credit score and had poor advice. The man on WhatsApp who contacted me couldn’t have been less helpful if he tried. I told him what I currently spend and what I’m willing to go up until and he basically said no chance.
Don’t waste your time. False advertisement.

Thank you for your review Nicole which we have looked in to. So we have checked the conversation which we are happy to share with you, with your search advisor. Firstly you were told that only a soft search was carried out so slightly confused why you would suggest a hard search has been carried out when this is untrue. Your requirements which you left out on your review to people reading this (which I think majority of people will 100% understand is not achievable) was you wanted a 2020 or newer SUV for £150 per month with low mileage on HP finance. The search advisor advised you unfortunately you would struggle to get this and advised you of an amount that would potentially get you to this point however we as a company would never encourage stretching your budget for affordability reasons. The advisor was very respectful in the chat however was totally upfront in your expectations. Even if you got interest free at £150 per month with your requirements you would only be paying back £9000 and some of the lowest price SUV's 2020 or newer with low mileage your looking at £10k or more so this would be impossible. We like many brokers can only work with what we have and you do have to be realistic. Everyone has a different approval and different rate according to their own credit and even if you had the best credit in the country this would still be unachievable via. Hope this gives you a little clarity. If however you still wanted and SUV we can certainly take a look for you however we would be looking at older options or higher mileage than what you requested to get us to what you want.

I would highly recommend Female Friendly. In particular John! Great friendly service from the beginning, I told him what I was after and the budget was all worked out and suited me perfectly. I found a motorcycle, John contacted the dealer with all the questions I had, and even went out of his way to then send me a personalised video and service receipts which he took upon himself to ask for and send me. Absolutely brilliant customer service. All done through WhatsApp, quick friendly responses. I collected my bike today and am absolutely made up with the whole process.
I will be back to John & FFF in the next year for my next Car!
