Jodie, the first aid trainer is exceptional: she is highly experienced in first aid, and an excellent teacher. She kept things relevant, concise and delivered the content in an inspiring and practical manner. It is the first time I have taken a first aid training and enjoyed it. I felt engaged throughout and consequently learned alot.

The instructor was informative with his experience & placed us in real life situations to help us through the course & examination.

The trainer (Fernando Coelho) was excellent. He allowed us to have a greater first aid knowledge and the way he instructed us, we were able to retain the information to actually be a good first aider, rather than just passing the test.
